The Reason For Fandango's British Raw Ring Gear

WWE decided to dress Fandango in Union Jack tights on Raw because they believe that the European fans caused the "Fandangoing" craze on the post-WrestleMania edition of Raw this past April.

The hope was that Fandango would come off as a huge star on television.
