It was reported a little while back that WWE was being sued by the Figures Toy Company for allegedly trying to end their relationship in favor of working with another toy company in China for the product that Figures originally approached WWE about making. Figures claimed that this was a breach of contract by WWE.

It's now being reported that WWE has until September 24th to respond to this lawsuit.
