On September 4, 1995....WCW Monday Nitro debuted on TNT live from the Mall Of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota. On the premiere edition, Hulk Hogan defeated Big Bubba Rogers in the main event. After the match, Lex Luger confronted Hogan and the two were separated before a brawl could break out as Nitro went off the air.
