John Cena's elbow is said to require surgery which could occur this week given the Summerslam ending essentially allowing John Cena an "out" to the story for the time being. No news on how long the surgery will keep him out.
Also, if you missed Summerslam, John Cena suffered a nasty blow just below his eye with one of Daniel Bryan's kicks which could be seen seconds after.
