Well, this is disappointing news more than anything.

F4WOnline.com is reporting that the rumour in regards to Ric Flair having heat with WWE officials is indeed true. Officials feel that Flair actually "hi-jacked" the event more than anything. Interestingly, they note that 2K Games weren't bothered at all but WWE are the ones who are upset with Flair.

It should also be noted Flair was "close to signing a PR contract with WWE" as of Saturday so this incident may not have helped his cause. It's also being reported that a "surprise" Summerslam appearance was nixed for Flair.

Quick Thoughts: I can see why WWE officials are unhappy with Flair, but honestly I think he was just enjoying himself. You could see the panel and JR having the time of their lives. Obviously, ALOT of non-WWE 2K14 talk and odd expletive here and there didn't help Flair's case/professionalism but we will see what happens from here.
