WWE Extreme Rules is live tonight on pay-per-view from 8PM ET from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri, but prior WWE will host a free live stream of its pre-show starting at 7:30PM ET. The featured match will be The Miz vs. Cody Rhodes.
