--  TimesFreePress.com reports that WWE Tag Team Champion Kane has challenged Tennessee Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey to a debate on the proposed internet sales tax.   Ramsey supports the tax, which if implemented, would require Internet companies to charge taxes on goods sold when they are shipped to those states.
