You may be wondering why Heenan looks so frail, this is because of radiation treatment he had for throat cancer a few years ago which destroyed his jaw bone. Doctors had to rebuild his jaw using bone from his hip and shin. Valentine posted: "I WAS CATCHING UP WITH AN OLD FRIEND LAST WEEK AND AS MUCH AS IT HURTS ME DEEP INSIDE I AM STILL HAPPY I SAW HIM MY DEAR FRIEND STILL FIGHTING FIT. THE BRAIN. BOBBY HEENAN."
