We are live from Albany, New York for WWE Raw and we kick things off with Paul Heyman and the WWE Champion CM Punk. And Heyman says he has some bad news because tonight’s show has grinded to a halt and will not be presented until justice is served. Heyman is referring to the events that transpired in the main event of last week’s Raw. Footage is shown of John Cena pinning Punk. However, Punk had his foot on the ropes. Heyman says the WWE Universe are all witness to an injustice that has befallen on the reign of the WWE Champion CM Punk and he calls out referee Brad Maddox and demands he apologizes to the WWE Champion, admit to his mistake and tender his resignation tonight. Brad Maddox makes his way out. Maddox then admits to his mistake. It was his first main event and he should have checked the ropes. Heyman applauds Maddox’s admittance then demands he resign. CM Punk then cuts Maddox off and says he embarrassed himself as well as Punk on Punk’s show.  Maddox then explains his story about when Raw expanded to 3hrs, AJ called him and said she needed more referees. Heyman then calls him a scab and is not even a real referee. Punk then calls Maddox a buffoon and AJ an idiot and if she knew how to make good decisions she’d come out and fire Maddox right now. AJ comes out. AJ dismisses Maddox and Heyman says he assumes she is out to reverse the decision and AJ tells Heyman what happens when someone assumes. Maddox made a mistake but she’s not about to let the two of them com out and berate an official and hold her show hostage and demands to know who the hell they think they are. Punk says he’s the WWE Champion. He’s the reason AJ has a job, the reason why all the fans are in their seats right now. Punk knows why there is all this hostility between them and rolls footage of Punk turning down AJ’s marriage proposal. Punk then says if AJ forgets last week’s match, he’ll forget the Mondays she came out wearing his t-shirt and the hundreds of text messages and voicemail. Heyman then says he’s got this. Heyman gets down on one knee and proposes marriage to AJ and he promises her all the power she could ever imagine and they would be the most powerful couple and together they would rule the WWE Universe. AJ then leans in and slaps Heyman and exits the ring.

Backstage: Maddox is with AJ and thanks her for standing up for her and apologizes and promises to never make that mistake again. AJ says she can assurre it will never happen because if it does she will make sure he never works in this business again

1. Kofi Kingston vs Dolph Ziggler

Ziggler and Kingston lock up and Kingston delivers a series of kicks and a clothesline. Dropkick by Kingston. Clothesline over the top rope and Kingston with the plancha over the top rope onto Ziggler

Irish whip in the corner and Kingston misses with a splash. Explosion suplex by Ziggler. Chinlock on Kingston. Ziggler holds on and hits a neckbreaker on Kingston. Ziggler taking too much time giving Kofi time to fight back but Ziggler hits a standing dropkick and Ziggler back to the wear down hold.  Ziggler goes for a splash in the corner, Kingston moves out of the way. Ziggler and Kingston trading punches and Kingston hits a series of clothesline and a dropkick. Kingston with the boom drop on Ziggler, setting up for Trouble In Paradise. Ziggler catches him, counters the SOS. Boot to the face by Kingston. Right hand off the top rope by Kingston. Cross body off the ropes by  Kingston. Ziggler looking for the Zig Zag but Kingston shakes him off. Kingston connects with the SOS. Kingston off the ropes runs into Ziggler. Ziggler kicks him off. Ziggler off the ropes, Kofi ducks and cross body off the top rope to Ziggler. Trouble In Paradise misses its mark and Ziggler throws him into the corner, Kingston stumbles backwards. Ziggler hits the Zig Zag and covers Kingston for the three count

We roll to footage from this past Friday’s Smackdown highlighting Kane & Daniel Bryan’s latest anger management therapy.

We roll to video filmed earlier today at a restaurant where Dr. Shelby is sitting with Daniel Bryan talking about his and Kane’s somewhat breakthrough last Friday night and he says he has set up a role playing exercise in which Daniel Bryan and Kane can co-exist. Kane shows up wearing a cook’s apron and asks if he can take Daniel Bryan’s order and Daniel says he wants a tag team partner who isn’t selfish and isn’t a seven foot freak. Dr. Shelby reminds Bryan that this is not Kane his name is Gerald and he’s a friendly waiter

2. Prime Time Players vs Zack Ryder & Santino Marella

Young and Ryder start things off and Young off the ropes and Ryder hits him with a flapjack. Ryder goes for a flying forearm but Young ducks and Ryder hits the ropes. Young wearing Ryder down, Back suplex but Ryder flips over his back and tags to Marella. Marella with the overhead slam and diving headbutt. O ‘Neil with the tag. Marella sets up for the Cobra but O ‘Neil comes in and hits the sit-out powerbomb and covers Marella for the three count

Mick Foley comes out to a standing ovation. Foley says he is not here tonight as a hardcore legend but as a card carrying member of the WWE Universe. As a card carrying member he’s things that moved him and inspired him and a year ago CM Punk stood up for change but really what kind of change? Blindly following Paul Heyman? Punk’s music hits and out comes the WWE Champion. Punk tells Foley to not come out and grandstand if he has something to say to Punk he should say it to his face. But tells Foley not to come out here pretending like he’s still relevant. Punk asks for a little respect. A little honesty. Foley says a year ago he inspired everyone by winning the WWE Championship and mentions how Mick tweeted him and congratulated him and one year later he is a little disturbed by not only Punk’s actions but his alignment with Paul Heyman. Punk says Foley has no idea what he’s talking about. Foley says he used to be a Heyman guy. But he stopped listening to Paul Heyman and started making decisions on his own. Punk says he gets it. Paul Heyman’s slime, he’s a liar, he’ll steer you down the wrong path. Foley says no Heyman is the type of guy who would climb up a tree and tell a lie rather than stay on the ground and tell the truth. Heyman’s never lied to Foley but at the end of the day it’s all about Paul Heyman. And he asks Punk since when did he need a mouthpiece and calls him one of the best talkers and asks Punk if he’s going to be an inspiration or continue being a kool aid drinker. He then brings up how Hell In A Cell made him all those years ago and drops names like Triple H, Shawn Michaels and Undertaker. Punk asks if Foley wants the old CM Punk. Foley says he wants Punk to step into Hell In A Cell against John Cena. Punk says he heard the same speech from John Cena. Punk asks what is it with the legends trying to latch onto him. He said he heard the same speech from Cena, the same speech from Bret. What would be more embarrassing is if he put his hands on Foley but he won’t because Foley is beneath him. He says he doesn’t know how many times he has to beat John Cena but what he does know he doesn’t have to do anything from the fans. He brings up Foley jumping off the roof of a house to get the respect of the people and the only thing he wants is to bring the people to their knees. And the only way he needs to do that is by grabbing a mic. Foley says he talked to AJ before coming out and says John Cena just had elbow surgery but should be ready by Hell In A Cell and out of respect for the championship, AJ is allowing Punk to make that decision. But Punk’s going to do it face to face and Foley says to make the right decision for himself, Foley and the WWE Universe.

3. Ryback vs Miz

Miz unloads on Ryback but Ryback drops him with a right hand. Shoulderblock and a over head throw. Ryback with the powerslam. Miz kicks Ryback into the security wall. Ryback with backbreaker to the apron. Kick to the head by Miz followed by a DDT. Ryback hits the spinebuster and clothesline. Shell shock by Ryback and he covers Miz for the three count

Backstage: AJ is with 4 of the WWE officials and calls them the backbone of the WWE and occasionally mistakes happen and everyone makes mistakes. Alberto Del Rio walks in and says he knows Del Rio was upset about the Brogue Kick being reinstated and asks if he’s getting another title shot. AJ says no she’s made a six man tag match. Sheamus, Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara vs Alberto Del Rio, David Otunga & Ricardo Rodriguez

4. Wade Barrett vs Tyson Kidd

Dropkick by Kidd to Barrett. Barrett with a big kick to the gut followed up by a clothesline. Knee strikes to Kidd and the big boot sends Kidd to the outside. Barrett with the sidewalk slam and Barrett hits the Souvenir covering Kidd for the three count

Michael Cole introduces Jerry Lawler who receives a loud ovation from the WWE Universe and Cole says Lawler looks absolutely fantastic.  Cole asks what Lawler recalls from that Raw in Montreal. Lawler says he remembers Bret and Punk and he remembers having a match with Randy Orton after that he remembers nothing. Next thing he remembers is waking up in a hospital. He said he still thought he and his girlfriend were still in Aruba. He did not expect the outpour of support from the WWE Universe and can say it has meant so much to him and thanks the WWE Universe. Cole’s next question is when is The King going to march down the stage and take his rightful place on his throne at the announce table. Lawler said he is leaving his return up to doctors and as soon as they tell him he can come back to Raw, The King will be on the first plane back to Monday Night Raw.

5. Alberto Del Rio, Ricardo Rodriguez & David Otunga vs Rey Mysterio, Sin Cara & Sheamus

Sheamus dumps Otunga over the top looking for the Fiery Red Hand. Del Rio & Rodriguez pull him to safety. Shoulderblock by Sheamus. Back in the ring, tag to Cara and Cara with kicks to Otunga. Cara off the ropes and Otunga hits a shoulderblock. Tag to Rodriguez and Cara with the armdrag to Rodriguez. Tag to Del Rio and Del Rio with the suplex. Wear down hold on Cara and the boot to the head. Del Rio tags out to Rodriguez and Rodriguezz going for the mask but Cara with a kick and takes Rodriguez over with an armdrag. Mysterio in now and Del Rio tags in. Mysterio with a dropkick. Drop toehold by Mysterio and Mysterio up to the top. Del Rio with a kick to the back of the head. Otunga tags in and slam to Mysterio. Rodriguez tags back in and Mysterio kicks him away. Tag to Otunga. Tag to Del Rio and an enziguri to Mysterio. Sunset flip by Del Rio and Mysterio with a roll through dropkick. Sheamus and Otunga are in and Sheamus unloads on Otunga hitting the high knee. Sheamus looks for White Noise. Brogue Kick misses its mark. Rodriguez makes the tag and sheamus brings him in the hard way and nails the Fiery Red Hand across Rodriguez’ chest. Mysterio connects with the 619. Del Rio gets hit with the hurricanarana. Sin Cara from the top rope with a swanton onto Rodriguez for the three count

Post Match: Sheamus nails Otunga with The Brogue Kick

Segment Three of Daniel Bryan and Kane’s roleplaying exercise and Dr. Shelby calls for a waitress to come over and she brings lunch and he asks each to take a bite and see how the other feels. Dr. Shelby asks how Kane feels and he burps and then asks how Daniel Bryan feels and he throws up

Daniel Bryan and Kane come out and Michael Cole reveals the results of the twitter poll. What will Daniel Bryan and Kane’s team name be. The options were 1) Team Teamwork 2) Team Hell No or 3) Team Friendship. And the result is Team Hell No. They are then attacked by Damian Sandow & Cody Rhodes and Sandow hits Exterminus on Daniel Bryan and they flee the ring. Rhodes says if they want to talk tag teams they need look no further than the next tag team champions. Cody Rhodes and Damian Sandow. Rhode Scholar

6. Alicia Fox & Layla vs Beth Phoenix & Eve

Layla and Beth start out and Layla with a cross body. Tag to Alicia Fox and Fox with dropkick to Phoenix. Beth Phoenix with a powerslam on Alicia. Slingshot suplex and tag made to Eve. Neckbreaker by Eve on Alicia Fox and the cover for the three count

Post Match: Kaitlyn comes out and thanks Eve for tweeting her well wishes and says she scored video from security of the night she was attacked at NOC. Kaitlyn says she didn’t see her attacker’s face but saw her hair and the diva who attacked Kaitlyn was a blonde. Eve turns her head to look at Beth Phoenix and Beth says she had nothing to do with it. Beth has her back turned to Eve, turns around and Eve hits Beth with the faceplant.

7. Tensai vs Brodus Clay

Clay and  Tensai lock up. Uppercut by Tensai and a series of headbutts. Clothesline in the corner. Tensai off the ropes. Headbutt by Clay. Splash in the corner and modified exploder suplex. Clay with a splash but Tensai rolls out of the way. Tensai misses with a splash of his own and out comes Big Show. Show hits the WMD on Tensai and Clay getting ready to charge but another WMD knocks Brodus Clay out.

John Cena comes to address the WWE Universe and says as always there’s mixed emotions about him being here tonight. He wasn’t supposed to be here but now with his future in question he wanted to come out and say thank you personally and wanted to thank everyone for their support of his new pink ring gear. He says the Susan G. Komen foundation  can’t believe the support from the WWE Universe and Cena says never doubt the WWE Universe. He came out to apologize to Chad Patton & Brad Maddox. He told CM Punk if he left NOC as champion, he would not be the best in the world it would just be a moment in time that defined him. Last thing he wanted to apologize for is his injury. Every Monday night they have fun. Some boo, some cheer but every Monday it’s crazy and that he has to sit on the bench sucks. He’s not going to guarantee his recovery but he’s going to guarantee he will walk into Hell In A Cell to fight. Out comes CM Punk and Paul Heyman. He says Cena’s speech was beautiful and it reminded him of the speech he hears every four years from politicians and all the lies. Punk says he doesn’t buy into Cena’s crap. There’s one CM Punk there’s always been and he’s the guy who beat Cena last year, beat him at 2 summerslams and walked into Cena’s hometown and walked out as champion. And it’s not a title run that’s going to end anytime soon. Cena tells him to shut up and face him at HIAC. Punk says there’s a lot of reasons. It’s not fair to everyone in the back but that’s not the reason. The reason he’s not, is because he’s not going to be medically cleared because of what he’s going to do to Cena. Any Monday coming down talking trash to most dangerous man in WWE is stupid but doing it with one arm is paramount and he gives Cena the chance to walk. Punk says he’s going to turn around and count to 5 and if he turns back around and sees Cena he will hurt him. He will not have his integrity questioned, he is the WWE Champion and commands respect. Punk turns around and Cena lays him out with a lead pipe. Punk falls out of the ring and crawls up the rampway.

Punk is walking backstage and runs into Mick Foley. He walks past Foley but then turns around and kicks Foley in the gut. Punk walks away, turns around only to come face to face with Ryback
