It's being reported that many of the WWE backstage talent are still not high on Raw's 3rd hour. They believe Raw will be back to 2 hours within 2012 or the start of 2013. 

However, now #RawActive has been announced, many backstage believe the full 3rd hour has been added to extend a 2 hour show to include "Tout", "Twitter" and "Youtube" mainly to show fans videos, status' and updates. While WWE sees this as going as interactive as possible, some see it as a complete waste of an hour.
