Canadian alternative rock band Our Lady Peace told Jon Chattman of The Huffington Post that they have removed Chris Benoit's WWE theme song "Whatever", which they preformed from their catalog of songs due to connection with the Benoit tragedy on June 24, 2007 in which Chris took the life of his wife Nancy, son Daniel and then his own. 

"I couldn't imagine singing that to be honest, it's so tied into him and the tragedy that happened, I just couldn't get it out of my head" said guitarist Steve Mazur.
