In tonight's episode of WWE NXT Redemption, a main event was scheduled that consisted of a tag team match of Darren Young and Derrick Bateman, apparently the heels in the show, going against Titus O'Neil... and Matt Striker. Goody.
Before that, JTG fought Vladimir Kozlov. Vladimir Kozlov ended up getting the win after suriviving JTG's early onslaught that was highlighted by his performance of the Mug Shot facebuster. He secured the win by performing his Iron Curtain uranage.
Tyson Kidd came out next and gloated how he took Yoshi Tatsu out by beating on his leg with a stick. He then explains that he was a graduate of the Hart Dungeon, and that there's no place for Yoshi Tatsu in the WWE.
The main event begins between Derrick Bateman and Darren Young versus Titus O'Neil and Matt Striker. It was mostly a showcase of chain wrestling, with Bateman and Young taking control of the match. Young would've won the match for his team, but Striker proved to be the difference maker, as he took Young's feet off the ropes to prevent him from winning via an illegal pin. O'Neil then scores his Clash of the Titus spinebuster on Young for the win.
