Tonight, the world's everlasting weekly episodic program of Monday night RAW is in the hands of You the people! Michael Cole, Booker T. and Jerry 'The King' Lawler bring us in Live to the show and they give us details as to how the proceedings are going to occur this evening. Fans worldwide will get to vote out of three choices for every match wether it be stipulation or competitor. Votes must be texted in. However, before the #RAWP2P (Twitter hash-tag) can get underway, CM Punk makes an entrance. Punk sits cross-legged in the ring and he says that luckily for him he's not involved in this debacle tonight and therefore nobody can determine the career of CM Punk. Punk says that he soundly defeated John Cena last week and Rey Mysterio last night at Capitol Punishment. Based on his accomplishments over the past two weeks, Punk demands that the annonymous GM grant him a WWE Title match for WWE's upcoming pay-per-view; Money In The Bank. Punk says that he's not leaving the ring until he gets what he wants, but then the GM chimes in and Cole gets to the podium to demand, on behalf of the GM, that Punk exit the ring. Punk again says he's not leaving and instead does snow-angels. The GM says that he (or she)  was going to name Punk as the number one contender later tonight, but now Punk can face Alberto Del-Rio in a number one contenders match. Punk mocks the GM's decision and so the GM makes it a Triple Threat match - involving Rey Mysterio!

It's Power to the People. Who is going to challenge Brie Bella to a WWE Diva's Title match Live tonight here on RAW? Is it going to be a) Eve? b) Kelly Kelly? or c) Beth Phoenix?

Brie Bella w/ Nikki Bella vs. b) Kelly Kelly!

Power to the People pick her opponent match for the WWE Diva's Championship

Kelly Kelly gets 53% of the vote and she looks nervous as she sets to face Brie Bella for the Diva's Title. The Bella Twins play the double-team distraction early and this allows Brie to gain instant control of the match. Brie dominates Kelly in the middle of the ring and gets a near fall. Kelly Kelly tries to get the fans going as she stomps her feet and she then uses her deriere to bump Brie away before smashing her face into the canvas and then performing a Lou Thesz Press. Kelly does well for the moment, but Brie counters her offense with a nice neckbreaker and this gets her Two on th cover. The two go back and forth in the corner with Brie getting a roll-up and a Two, but Kelly Kelly rolls through to get the One, Two, Three!

Winner and New Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly.

After the match King goes into the ring to get a word with teh new Champ and Kelly thanks the fans for voting her in. This is her first Diva's Championship and the gorgeous Kelly Kelly promises to defend with all her heart.

Joker Hardy faced Alberto Del-Rio, Tyler Reks became number one contender to the Hardcore Title and Sting made a statement before the Great American Bash. It's Power to the People, who are you going to choose as the opponent to Evan Bourne next here on Monday night RAW? a) Jack Swagger? b) Mason Ryan? or c) Sin Cara?

Evan Bourne vs. b) Mason Ryan!

Ryan got 51% of the vote, although the majority of the WWE Universe in Baltimore boo at Sin Cara not getting the pick. The fans ironically chant 'Batista!' as Ryan takes it to Bourne in the eraly going, but Bourne keeps pace and valiantly goes at Mason, only to get clobbered down with a huge clothesline. Ryan then scoops Evan Bourne into multiple backbreakers and he then performs a texbook FallAway Slam to keep Bourne down. Evan tries with all his might to fight back, but Mason Ryan is simply too strong, a spectacle of a WWE superstar. The contest goes on and Bourne gets Two on the roll-up, almost embarrassing Mason Ryan here tonight. Bourne then comes off the middle rope against Ryan, but he's caught and smashed back down into the canvas for the Three-count.

52% of the WWE Universe declared that this is an Arm Wrestling match and Mark Henry seems pretty confident. It takes a little while to get the contest going but once it's underway Kane shows what he's made of against the World's Strongest Man. Mark Henry though turns the tables, but Kane won't go down and he uses all his might to arm-wrestle back. Henry has had enough and he breaks the arm-wrestle to clobber Kane down.

Winner by way of Disqualification: Mark Henry.

After the arm-wrestle Henry throws the arm wrestling table into Kane. He then dominates Kane around ringside, throwing him into the ring-post back first before picking apart the announcers table and lifting Kane to perfrom yet another devastating World's Strongest Slam! Just like last night at Capitol Punishment when Herny destroyed Big Show, tonight Mark Henry continues the destruction. Goodness, what a statement.

After clobbering John Cena with a water bottle last week and losing to the Champ last night at Capitol Punishment, what will R-Truth have to say Live next?

The comms bemoan the trashed announcers table and King says that his phone may be broken.

R-Truth makes an entrance and he says that last night he "got got by Little Jimmy." Truth bemoans the conspiracy against him and soon Christian makes an entrance to moan about how he got screwed last night, showing us an image of how his foot was quite clearly under the bottom rope upon Christian getting beat by Randy Orton. The Miz makes an entrance and he moans about how Alex Riley got a victory handed to him on a sliver platter last night at Capitol Punishment. The three argue their case to one another and finally Teddy Long, the SmackDown General Manager, makes an entrance to announce that these three will team up tonight in a six-man tag and the People will choose the stipulation to the match. The match will be Truth, Christian and The Miz vs. Alex Riley, World Champion Randy Orton and WWE Champ John Cena!

It's Power to the People and next up the WWE Universe can choose the stipulation of Dolph Ziggler's upcoming United States Title defence against Kofi Kingston. Will it be a) 2 out of 3 falls? b) Vickie banned from ringside? or c) submission?

Vickie Guerrero enters to introduce the new United States Champion; Dolph Ziggler.

Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie Guerrero vs. Kofi Kingston

Power to the People United States Title match: 2 out of 3 falls!

51% voted 2 out of 3 falls and Vickie Guerrero brags that she can stay at ringside. Dolph and Kofi go back and forth in the early going, spilling to ringside and Kingston's in control. The comms discuss how Kofi has to slow it down, he has to pace himself with this kind of stiplulation. Kofi gets a Two on a cover twice back in the ring, but Ziggler gets back into the match and he dumps Kingston hard to ringside as we go in and out of commercials. When we come back we see via replays that Dolph Ziggler is 1-0 up. Ziggler Zig-Zagged Kofi on the floor at ringside before rolling him back in the ring and getting the Three-count. Kofi is one down and Ziggler is full of confidence as he performs a texbook dropkick right on the mush to get Two on the cover. Kofi tries with his might to get back in the match, but Ziggler remains on top, often getting Two-counts, but he can't put Kofi away. Just as Dolph picks Kofi up again, Kofi inverts it into an SOS and that gets him a Three-count! It's 1-1 ladies and gentlemen! Kofi goes at Dolph, but Ziggler plays possum and administers a neckbreaker only to get Two on the cover. Ziggler soon goes for another dropkick, but Kofi counters and he then tries to get his conrtolled frnzy going, stomping Dolph down in the middle of the ring. Kingston then goes middle rope to land a huge cross-body backsplash and that takes Ziggler down for One, Two - oh and it's only Two, what a match here on Monday night RAW. Dolph exits to ringside and tries to clobber Kofi with teh U.S. Title Belt, but Kofi ducks and lands a Trouble In Paradise! Kingston picks up dead weight to roll Ziggler back into the ring and Kofi may win it here, One, Two - and Dolph gets two fingers on the bottom rope. Kofi Kingston was two fingers close to winning the match. The brawl spills to ringside again and now Dolph grabs a microphone to bash Kofi right on the head. This leads to Kingston winning by Disqualification, but Dolph Ziggler walks away still the United States Champion.

Winner and Still United States Champion: Dolph Ziggler.

After the match Dolph Ziggler goes at Kofi, getting him back into the ring and he tries to finish him off, but Kingston fights back and he nails Ziggler with a Trouble In Paradise! A moral victory for Kingston, but Ziggler remains tha U.S. Champ.

The comms take us through replays of last week's Stone Cold RAW.

Next up it's Power to the People again. Triple Threat number one contenders match to determine who's going to face John Cena for the WWE Title at Money In The Bank. The People pick the stipulation! Will it be a) No Disqualification? b) Falls Count Anywhere? or c) a Submission match?

Next week on Monday night RAW the special guest will be non other than the HeartBreak Kid Shawn Michaels!

Alberto Del-Rio enters to introduce himself and he tells us that running Big Show over with a car was his destiny and defeating Big Show at Capitol Punishment was also his destiny. Tonight when he beats CM Punk and Rey Mysterio, Alberto Del-Rio's destiny will continue to be fulfilled.

Alberto Del-Rio vs. CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio

Power to the People number one contenders Triple Threat match for a WWE Title shot at Money In The Bank. Match stiplulation: b) Falls Count Anywhere!

With 66% of the votes this Falls Count Anywhere match begins fratically with Rey Mysterio as the superstar on top. The biggest little man in all of WWE gets it done for the moment, but CM Punk stops Mysterio in his tracks. The match goes on and Rey almost dials up a 6-1-9, but he gets caught on the rebound by Alberto Del-Rio. The match spills to ringside where Punk decks and covers Alberto Del-Rio for Two on the count. Rey Mysterio seated sentons off the ring apron and that also gets him Two as we go in and out of commercials. An excellent match-ip continues with Rey almost nalling a double 6-1-9, but Del-Rio evades and Punk catches him. Del-Rio then takes over for an attempted cross-armbreaker, but no, Punk kicks Del-Rio up side his head. The contest goes on in and out of the ring and Rey looks to be out of it, but you can't underestimate him as he comes back with excellent work to deck Punk in the ring and in one motion Rey dives into Del-Rio at ringside. Mysterio has full momentum as he springboards off the ropes toward Punk, but Punk evades contact and the match goes on with Del-Rio picking off Rey with a cross-armbreaker, but Punk leg-drops Del-Rio to break the submission. Del-Rio responds with a huge boot to Punk in the corner and Rey gets back in the match with a 6-1-9 connecting on Del-Rio. Rey goes for the cover, but CM Punk launches him into the ring-post and Punk steals the cover on Del-Rio for the One, Two, Three!

Winner and new number one contender to the WWE Title: CM Punk.

After the match CM Punk tells that on July 17th he will beat John Cena for the WWE Title. Punk says that July 17th is the night that his contract ends with World Wrestling Entertainment. Punk declares that he will defeat John Cena and leave WWE with the WWE Championship.

Power to the People pick the stipulation between Cody Rhodes and Daniel Bryan. a) Paper Bag match? b) No Count-out match? or c) Collegiate Rules match? What will it be?

Cody Rhodes vs. Daniel Bryan

Power to the People: b) No count-out match!

The match immediately spills up the ramp and Daniel Bryan is much in control as he eventually gets Rhodes back into the ring to land an excellent missile dropkick from off the top rope. Bryan's athleticism in the ring is awesome, but Cody Rhodes boots Bryan down for Two on the cover. Rhodes continues on top, but Bryan attempts a LeBell Lock, can't get it so he rolls up Cody Rhodes for a huge victory.

Winner: Daniel Bryan.

After the match Bryan adds insult to injury by administering the LeBell Lock on Cody Rhodes, but Ted DiBiase comes to make the save and eventually Rhodes lays out Bryan with the Cross-Rhodes and he humiliates him with the paper bag treatment.

Power to the People Dance Competition. Vickie Guerrero vs. a) Michael Cole. b) Jerry 'The King' Lawler or c) Booker T. The People vote: a) Michael Cole at 47%. Vickie performs a little dance with host Matt Striker and Michael Cole gets in the ring to proudly erm dance. Winner is determined by loudest boo's and it's Michael Cole. After the contest Vickie Guerrero slaps Cole down and shouts to the crowd "I'm the winner."

The six-man tag main event is up next, but what stipulation will it be. a) One Fall to a finish? b) a 20-minute time limit match? or c) Elimination match? Find out next!

Don't forget, next week it's RAW Roullette and Shawn Michaels will be on the show too!

R-Truth, Christian & The Miz vs. Alex Riley, Randy Orton & John Cena

Final Power to the People match of the night, the result: 79% c) Elimination match!

John Cena and The Miz go at it early and the WWE Champ goes for an early cover. Randy Orton tags in and drops Miz with a clothesline and then a knee drop that leads to Two on the cover. Miz comes back to boot Miz down and he tags in Christian to pick up the scraps. Orton fights back with right hands, but Christian kitchen sinks him and gets Two on a cover. Christian is a tag team veteran and so he corner's Orton so that Miz and Truth can take their shots while Christian taunts the opposite corner thus distracting the referee. Orton takes another cover and kicks out at Two. The Viper battles back but he can't get any momentum as we watch R-Truth tag in and chin-lock Orton in his own corner. Truth tries to put Orton to sleep, but no dice as The Viper back body drops Truth and this could be a momentum shifter, but Orton cannot make a tag in time as Christian tags in and clobbers Orton down. Christian hits a reverse DDT getting Two on the count. He then works up a spear attempt, but Orton scoop powerslams out of it and he tags Alex Riley who comes in on fire against Christian. Riley decks Christian and also clobbers Miz from off the apron. This leads to Christian getting the upper hand, but A-Ry reverses, but Miz comes in and so does Cena, but the referee tells Cena to back off and this leads to The Miz getting an illegal Skull Crushing Finale on Alex Riley and Christian gets the cover for the Three. It's now three on two and Orton takes an abundance of punishment during commercials. Orton needs a tag and finally he makes it after exploding out of the corner and he spinning side-slams Miz down for a Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena sets for the Attitude Adjustment, but Miz counters and takes Cena down for Two on the count. Miz goes middle rope to fly at Cena, but he falls directly into an STF attempt. Christian and Truth do well to break it though and at one point it's three on one against the WWE Champion. Christian tags in to put Cena in a sleeper hold, and the fans are split in their cheers. Some chant 'Let's Go Cena!' while others chant 'Cena Sucks!' R-Truth comes in to pick the bones of Cena, mocking the You Can't See Me hand taunt and front suplexing Cena down to the canvas. Truth tries to do it again, but he can't hit it as Cena powers Truth over instead and both men are down in the middle of the ring. R-Truth stops Cena from making a tag and he instead tags The Miz. Miz sets up for the Skull-Crushing Finale, but Cena counters and lifts him for an AA. Christian rushes in, but Cena swings Miz's legs to clobber Christian down and the AA connects. The Miz is eliminated. That makes it two-on-two, but now Cena is spent and R-Truth and Christian pick Cena appart until Cena can finally make a tag to Randy Orton. Orton performs his DDT off the middle rope as Truth's legs dangle. Christian goes at Orton from behind, but he can't connect with the KillSwitch. Truth attempts the scissor kick, but *BAM* RKO and Truth's out! Christian comes in to spear Orton down and he covers for a Three. Christian is ecstatic at finally being able to pin The Viper, but John Cena takes advantage of the situation and goes for an AA. Christian though escapes - but only into an RKO and John Cena ends it with an STF.

Winners: John Cena, Randy Orton and Alex Riley.

A great way to conclude Power to the People on Monday night RAW and Cena and Orton, RAW and SmackDown's respective Champions celebrate as RAW fades out.
