The apparent reason for the angle involving Big Show getting hit by Alberto Del RIo's car on last night's RAW is that Show suffered some sort of injury during last week's edition of SmackDown, in which he landed awkwardly during an angle with Ezekiel Jackson and The Corre. Show was said to be "in a good deal of pain".

This could also be the reason why Show and Kane dropped the WWE Tag Team Championship to New Nexus members Michael McGillicutty and David Otunga on last night's RAW.
