On RAW Vickie Gurerrero annouced that Dolph Ziggler is the new World Heavyweight Champion due to Edge using the banned Spear last week on SmackDown. An official ceremony to crown Dolph the new champion will take place tomorrow at the SmackDown taping which will air this Friday.
