Backstage Chirsty Hemme interviews \'The Pope\' D\'Angelo Dinero and he stands with self-picked members of the congregation (one of whom is his real-life brother). Pope says the Monster Abyss is nothing more than a p*ss-stain on the carpet of TNA Wrestling. The interview goes on, but is interupted by the still scrapping Mickie James and Tara. The Knockouts are split up by the congregation and when there is order Pope leaves, but Madison Rayne comes into shot to floor Mickie from behind and James is left knocked out.
Abyss vs. \'The Pope\' D\'Angelo Dinero
Congregation Lumberjack match
Pope begin the match on the offense and adminsiters an excellent dropkick to make sure Abyss falls to ringside. The congregation go for him, but he instinctively gets back into the ring. Pope goes on to dominate but Abyss lifts him to throw Dinero to ringside, however the congregation catch The Pope out of the air and he lands more than safely. The contest goes on with the crowd firmly in The Pope\'s corner and Pope does manage to get Abyss to the outside where the congregation attack. Back in the ring Abyss gets on top and he intensifies his attacks as the contest goes on. The Monster whips Pope into the corner before splashing full-girth into the corner. Abyss is now in complete control as he targets Dinero\'s previously injured ribs. Abyss puts on a bear-hug, but Pope elbows him in the head to fight out, but Abyss is too big and strong and he counters Pope for another bear-hug. The congregation bash the apron and the fans stomp as Pope wakes up and he fights out, goes against the ropes - a Black-Hole Slam? No, Pope swings all the way round the equator of Abyss to finally take the big man down with a DDT. Dinero uses the energy from the entire congregation to get himself back into control of the match and he batters Abyss to the canvas to eventually nail him with the elevated elbow in the corner. Dinero is in pain after all the effects on his ribs. He continues at Abyss but The Monster grabs his opponent to take him up and devastatingly down with the Shock Treatment! Abyss takes his time, goes for a cover. One! Two! - ohh and Pope kicks out! The match goes on and Dinero manages to buy him some time by decking Abyss to ringside where the congregation go at him. Pope then climbs the top rope to fly and he connects to take The Monster down. back in the ring Pope gets a Two after a head-butt off the top rope and soon as Pope is high-fiving his congregatio we see Eric Bischoff come out onto the stage. Bishoff makes hand gestures as if to suggest money and guess what, the congregation sold out. Pope\'s own brother leads the attack and they batter Dinero down before throwing him back in the ring where Abyss administers the Black-Hole Slam and it\'s accademic. Abyss picks up the One, Two, Three.
Winner: Abyss.
After the match at ringside we see Abyss bump knuckles with the congregation. They all then throw their Pope-glasses in the ring and Abyss leaves with Pope\'s brother and co.
