It\'s Thursday night and yes we are Live in the Impact Zone just three days from TNA\'s most anticipated pay-per-view of the year. Bound For Glory is almost upon us and tonight\'s Impact is sub-titled \'Before The Glory.\' The program begins in crisis - \'The Monster\' Abyss has Dixie Carter in his grasp and he\'s dragging her through the backstage area. Dixie\'s screaming and crying \"Stop Chris, stop!\" Abyss makes his way with Dixie into the Impact Zone and he has Janice in hand. Dixie is handcuffed to Abyss, she has nowhere to go. Dixie\'s screams are that of a horror movie. Abyss yells at her telling her that come Ten Ten Ten, Dixie is \"Gone!\" Abyss says that \"They\" wanted him to ask her one more question: \"Do you prefer Janice, or Bob?!\" Eventually Eric Bischoff comes out and so too do some of TNA\'s security. What a manic way to start the show, this was supposed to be a celebration, an Impact we\'d never forget. Now the latter may be the case, but for very much the wrong reasons. Bischoff talks to Abyss, reasons with him and \'The Monster\' un-cuffs Dixie and she gets taken away to safety. Bischoff tells Abyss to back off and he does. Eric calls for the scene to \"Cutt! Cutt!\" and he wvaes the camera man away, but he must get in the ring as The Icon\'s music hits. Sting, Kevin Nash and \'The Pope\' D\'Angelo Dinero make their entrance. What a start to Before The Glory!
As we return to our Live Impact we see that Sting, Nash and Pope have joined Eric Bischoff in the ring. Pope gets on the mic and suggests that maybe he should retract his statement from last week. But at the same time, Pope says he knows that Bischoff is still pulling the wool over everybody\'s eyes and come Bound For Glory, the air will clear and Bischoff will be seen for what he really is. Bischoff responds and tells Pope that he\'s going in the wrong direction by following around Sting and Nash. Bischoff says that all this is really about is Sting and Hogan. Stinger responds and emphatically states that Bischoff\'s dead-on. Of course it\'s about Sting and Hogan, but it\'s something that\'s been unconcluded for over ten years! Sting suggests that at Bound For Glory Hogan\'s true character will be revealed and then will Hogan be able to face the likes of The Icon and Big Sexy Kevin Nash. Samoa Joe and Jeff Jarrett come to ringside and Bischoff tells them to back off for a second. Eric then tells Sting off for challenging a man that is banged up in intensive care because of a career littered with back injuries. Hogan\'s in hospital, eight surgeries since February \'09 for crying out loud. Bischoff then shows a video clip of Hulk Hogan in the hospital. He says that Sting just wants that notch on his Belt, but will he be proud to beat a man in Hogan\'s condition?! Eric then tells Sting and Nash that at Bound For Glory they\'ll have Joe and Jarrett, so will Pope. Hogan won\'t be able to make it and we all know why. So why not it be a handicap match with the three wolves against the Samoan Submission Machine and the King of the Mountain Live this Sunday at Bound For Glory!
We turn our attentions to the parking lot where a former Diva exits her car. It\'s Mickie James! What\'s she doing here?! Mickie James enters the arena and Mike Tenay and Tazz remind us that up next we\'ll see Angelina Love and Velvet Sky against Tara and Madison Rayne in a tag match where the winners officially take the name of the Beautfiul People.
We see Brother Ray and Brother Devon in New York\'s Times Square. They state that this Sunday at Bound For Glory, Team 3D will make the motherload of announcements that will change the Tag Team division forever.
Tara & Madison Rayne vs. Angelina Love & Velvet Sky
Winner takes the name; Beautiful People
Tazz doesn\'t get to say \"Let the pigeons loose\" because Madison and Tara attack the original Beautiful People before they can complete their entrance. When things are under control Velvet does well to battle against Tara, but a double team from Tara and Madison leads to the two of them getting on top and Madison tags in. Ms Teschmacher comes out on stage and she seems to be taking notes on this contest. The match goes on and Velvet gets the tag to Angelina. The two of them double team Tara and this one\'s over. Angelina gets the pin and this one\'s over!
Winners: Angelina Love and Velvet Sky, The Beautiful People!
After the match Ms Teschmacher interrupts the celebrations and she reminds these four Knockouts that this Sunday there will be a Special Guest Referee in the Knockouts Four-Way Title match... Mickiiiiiieeeeeeeee Jameeeeeessss! Mickie gets a great reception from the fans. On mic she says that it will be her honor to crown the new Knockouts Champion, but rest assured Mickie James is here to make history and sooner or later she\'ll become the only woman in the world to hold every prestigious Championship for all woman-kind! The fans cheer Mickie as Velvet, Angelina, Madison and Tara all scream and shout obscenities toward TNA\'s newest recruit.
We cut to a video which shows Mick Foley showing off his new book. He says that he expects to defeat Ric Flair tonight on Impact and Flair shall live up to his promise and kiss Foley\'s a** on Live television.
Backstage we see a camera man sneak a peek into a private conversation. Dixie Carter\'s with Eric Bischoff and she tells Eric to fire Abyss. She demands that Abyss is humiliated in front of the world. First RVD, Jeff Hardy and tonight Dixie, no more. Dixie entrusts Bischoff to go out there and publicly fire Abyss. He has no part in TNA any longer.
Ric Flair vs. Mick Foley
Last Man Standing
Right away Ric Flair opens up the wound that Foley embarked upon himself on last week\'s Impact. Flair batters Foley\'s open gash and they fight to ringside, but Foley then lifts his leg and low-blows the Nature Boy. Foley pulls out the barb-wired baseball bat and twice in the ring he drills Ric Flair and Naych is busted open. Flair tries to exit and Foley pursues him to the commentary table where Mick Foley grinds the barb-wire into the face of Ric Flair. Flair though bashes Foley and then launches him from over the commentary table and off the stage! \"Aaaaah!\" yelps Mike Tenay as Mick Foley goes crashing through a table! The crowd chant \'Holy Sh*t! Holy Sh*t! Holy Sh*t!\' as we are sent to commercials.
We are back Live with Impact on SpikeTV and we see that during the break Ric Flair has been beating Mick Foley up with his own book. Both these legends are in the ring and the fans are split in their allegiences. Some chant Flair and some chant Foley and there\'s a chill in the air when Ric Flair pours out a bag full of thumbtacs in the ring. Flair goes at Foley, but eventually Foley back body drops Ric Flair and Tenay yell \"Goooooodddd!\" as Ric Flair goes back-first into the tacs. Good God almighty! And now Foley brings out a barb-wired board. He sets Ric Flair up in the corner and picks up the barb-wire board to rush at Flair and the barb-wire goes deep into the face of Ric Flair. Foley now has full backing of the fans as the referee counts, but only gets to Four as Flair gets back to his feet. Foley batters Flair down some more and he brings a table into the ring. Ric Flair, in Tazz\'s words, looks like he\'s been hit by a bus. Foley goes at Flair, but the Nature Boy low-blows Mick Foley and he then gets on top to place Foley on the table. He bashes Foley with the barb-wire board and then goes to the middle turnbuckle and flies off - board in arms and he crashes down into Foley\'s body. Both men try to get to their feet, but Foley gets up and as Flair tries he just falls face-first into the tacs and this is done. The ref\'s been counting and he\'s hit Ten. Mick Foley wins.
Winner: Mick Foley.
After the match both men are just about standing and Flair exits, but Foley stops him and tells him it\'s time to pucker up. \"A deal\'s a deal\" says Foley and Ric Flair comes back down to the ring. Flair\'s on his knees and he\'s preparing for it, but Fortune, Flair\'s faction then bombard the ring. The bash Foley down, but soon EV2.0 come out and Fortune back off out the ring. Flair gets on the mic and tells Foley and his guys that \"that\'s kissing you ass, and Sunday, we kick all your asses!\" Fortune exit as EV2.0 help Mick Foley.

Eric Bischoff heads into the middle of the Impact Zone as Mike Tenay and Tazz talk and commentary and review why exactly Abyss is set for the proverbial pink slip right here. Bischoff gets on mic and he says that he\'s seen wrecks, but this is one hell of a train wreck right here (talking about the tacs, the table and barb-wire board in the ring). Bischoff calls out Abyss, but the man who comes out to the ring is Rob Van Dam, the Whole F\'n Show! Van Dam threatens that he\'ll leave if he doesn\'t get the match with Abyss this Sunday. Van Dam asks Bischoff to go to Dixie Carter and tell her that Abyss is still contracted till at least Bound For Glory. If he\'s not, then TNA\'s just lost the Whole F\'n Show! Van Dam exits after telling Eric \"Make it happen, me and Abyss.\"
Outside with a group of fans we see Rhino and Tommy Dreamer. They\'re confident of beating Fortune this Sunday and they say that they can\'t wait to be Bound For Glory.
In an ammusement park we have Orlando Jordan and Eric Young playing around, practicing team-work. They chat and joke around saying that they\'ll soon be a top tag team in TNA.
Ink, Inc vs. Orlando Jordan & Eric Young
Eric Young tags himself in by touching Jesse\'s back and he goes behind on Jordan. The commentary team talk about and review what happened between Young and Jordan on TNA\'s international show Xplosion. Young took a fall from the top turnbuckle and since has not been \"all with-it\" says Tazz. In the ring we see Jordan do well on the spikey fiery haired Jesse Neal. Shannon reaches for a tag but Jordan and Young do well to keep Neal away, but after an EY inadvertent diversion Shannon Moore does get the tag and he comes in to clean house against Jordan and Young then helps Moore get the upper hand on his own partner. Bizarre antics by Eric Young, but as the ref tries to get Young out of there, Jordan low-blows Moore and gets the Three-count.
Winners: Orlando Jordan and Eric Young.
After the match EY gets on mic and says that he\'s like to forfeit this match to Ink, Inc. He says that he\'s seen too much that was unethical etc etc and he goes on to suggest Ink, Inc go at it with Young and Jordan this Sunday at Bound For Glory.
A video clip shows Jay Lethal taking us around his childhood home in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Lethal tells of a story of he and his Dad. He shows us where it all started for Jay Lethal. This video is set to continue on TNA\'s new show; Reaction.
Backstage Dixie\'s talking to Rob Van Dam and Eric Bischoff. She says that she understands Van Dam, but win, lose or draw at one minute past midnight this Sunday, Abyss is fired. Bischoff brings in the contract and Dixie signs for it to go through. Come the end of Bound For Glory, Abyss is terminated. Dixie then tells Van Dam to take Abyss out!
Robbie E. and Cookie make their entrance and it seems The Shore is finally in TNA. They come out to insult the audience and they state that \"the party is here bro.\"
In a video clip we see Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash, Rob Van Dam, The Pope, Mr. Anderson, Jeff Jarrett, Ric Flair, Mick Foley, Samoa Joe and Dixie Carter all talk up Bound For Glory. They say that Ten Ten Ten comes around once in a century and come Bound For Glory, a new day in TNA will begin. Foley says that \"Ten Ten Ten seems like the perfect day for the perfect storm.\"
Ken Anderson vs. Kurt Angle vs. Jeff Hardy vs. AJ Styles vs. Douglas Williams vs. Sabu vs. Max Buck vs. Chris Sabin vs. Tommy Dreamer vs. Jay Lethal vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. \'The Pope\' D\'Angelo Dinero vs. Robert Roode vs. Sting vs. Jeremy Buck vs. Raven vs. Kaz vs. Stevie Richards vs. Abyss vs. Kevin Nash vs. Matt Morgan vs. Samoa Joe vs. James Storm vs. Alex Shelley vs. Rhino vs. Rob Van Dam
Bound For Glory, Before The Glory Battle Royal
Winner gets $100,000
Anderson and Angle start off as this is a gauntlet-style battle royal. Mike Tenay and Tazz talk on commentary that winning this match would give anybody full speed ahead momentum going into Bound For Glory. It\'s rapid fire entrants as the match goes on. Participants come out every 45 seconds and Jeff Hardy\'s out next followed by AJ Styles as we have to go to commercials.
When we come back Live we see Tommy Dreamer enter and no one\'s been eliminated yet. The match goes on and we see that AJ and Mr. Anderson are almost chucked out of the contest. Jarrett nearly goes out thanks to Jeff Jarrett. Chris Sabin almost throws out Jeff Hardy and the commentary team tell that everyone booked for Bound For Glory has been invited to be a part of this match. Sting\'s music hits and The Icon comes to the ring to focus on Double J. It\'s very odd, still nobody is eliminated in the hundred grand battle royal. More commercials...
Back Live Abyss makes his entrance and he clears house! No one had been eliminated before Abyss\' entrance. Abyss is enraged knowing that it\'s his last match this Sunday. All the guys in the ring then pummel Abyss into the corner, but Sting Stinger Splashes the pile and soon he\'s eliminated. Kevin Nash makes his entrance as does Matt Morgan soon after. Morgan takes down Abyss before Big Sexy and Matt Morgan go toe-to-toe, but Abyss then eliminates both Nash and Morgan! Tommy Dreamer is gutsy and he goes after The Monster, as does Kurt Angle. Max and Jeremy Buck try a double team on Abyss, but they\'re then eliminated. The match goes on and Kazarian\'s eliminated as Rhino makes his entrance. He targets Abyss and the two of them battle, but Rhino\'s eliminated and Abyss is on a hell of a role as he next takes out Jeff Jarret and then The Pope!
We cut out of Impact and fade right into Reaction, we will not be leaving the action and we see Abyss use Joe\'s own momentum against him and Samoa Joe eliminated. Beer Money double-team Tommy Dreamer and then double-suplex Abyss! Roode and Storm then have an episode where emphasis is on Roode trying to win the money, but eventually Abyss eliminates them both anyway. AJ Styles nails Abyss with the Pele, but Abyss just continues to dominate. He eliminates Dreamer and then AJ Styles! Jeff Hardy gets the Swanton on Kurt Angle, but Abyss elimates him afterward. Good lord, now Rob Van Dam is making an entrance! Van Dam comes in to flying kick Abyss down and Van Dam goes on to quickly elimate Abyss and at the same time eliminate himself and we\'re down to Mr Anderson and Kurt Angle. RVD and Abyss continue fighting to the backstage area. In the ring Anderson and Angle come close to finishing moves on one another, but Kurt hits the Angle Slam over the top rope and wrestling\'s only Olympic Gold Medalist is a hundred grand richer as he rolls toward Bound For Glory.
Winner: Kurt Angle!
Kurt Angle celebrates and the fans are on their feet as the commentary team speak of how Kurt either wins on Sunday or he quits, it\'s the pressure he\'s put upon himself - but it makes him the best wrestler in the world! Kurt wins as Reaction continues.
Backstage Ric Flair and Fortune are interviewed for their reaction to what happened here tonight. Flair says that \"these guys are the real deal\". Flair talks up his boys and says that they will be victorious at Bound For Glory. Flair states that this Sunday he\'s going to make Mick Foley kiss his a**. AJ Styles states that they\'re going to wipe the floor with EV2.0. Kaz says that those Hardcore guys, all they\'ve done is kiss Dixie Carter\'s a**! Flair says that they may not always win, but by the end of the night they\'re the one\'s having the party. Flair \"Woooo\'s\" out the scene after stating that he and Fortune bring out the best in everyone.
Mickie James is interviewed backstage and Mickie says that she\'s come here to make history and win the Knockouts Championship. She says that she intends to go straight for the top. She says that she\'ll go after whoever the Champion is at the time. Mickie talks about wrestling and how her style in the ring can adapt and mesh well to kick whoever\'s a** she faces in the ring. Mickie goes on to talk about her singing and she says that it originally started small, but now she\'s out there writing music and making music. She says she likes the challenge of making it all happen she\'s also recently made her first music video. Mickie finishes by saying that she\'s honored to be here and states that \"it\'s great to be back.\"
In the locker room Ken Anderson is bitter about losing the battle royal just now. He questions Kurt Angle\'s integrity and continues saying that he\'s focussed on Ten Ten Ten \"and err, we\'ll see what happens there.\"
With EV2.0 Mick Foley says that tonight he re-lived all the great memories of the ring. Tommy Dreamer says that Sabu invented everything with tables. Nobody can mess with Rhino and Raven, Dreamer doesn\'t get on with him, but they\'ve made each other bleed more than anyone could think up in a horror film. Richards and Raven talk about how they can\'t wait to get to Sunday. Rhino says that in the past they all made each other bleed, but Ten Ten Ten, they will be victorious and Fortune will bleed! Foley says that they are all a bunch of dangerous grown men who are crazy enough to keep wanting more. Raven states that in Roman numerals Bound For Glory is XXX - Triple X and that just means more blood for EV2.0 this Sunday.
Hulk Hogan\'s still recovering from surgery and we are shown more video and snap-shot imagery of Hogan\'s hospital progamme. A doctor voices over and says that they\'re trying to get him back on his feet. He can\'t do a whole lot right now, but hopefully he\'ll be back better than ever. Back at the commentary table Mike Tenay and Tazz speak of Hogan\'s surgeries - what Bischoff mentioned on Impact, eight since February 2009. Backstage the interviewer gets a word with Kurt Angle and Angle says it\'s good to be him right now and he\'s confident going into Sunday. Jesse Neal of Ink, Inc comes into shot and he tells Angle that Anderson had been running his mouth about Angle\'s integrity. Angle goes to a production table and asks for the Anderson interview to be replayed. Angle sees for himself what Anderson had to say and he then marches on backstage - is Kurt going after Anderson? We\'ll find out when we return.
Kurt Angle charges into Anderson\'s locker room and challenges what Anderson had to say. Anderson says that Kurt should take that hundred thousand and buy himself some integrity. The two of them squabble and Anderson says that Angle took cheap shots at him out there. Angle says to save it for Sunday, but Anderson then calls him a d*ck and tells Angle that at Bound For Glory he\'ll see him for the very last time. The two of them then fight and Anderson is on tope at first, but then Angle comes back to bash Anderson\'s head against the wall. They trash talk as they fight and eventually both men get to their feet. There\'s a face-off, but Anderson then beats Angle into the lockers but Angle low-blows Mr. Anderson and says \"who\'s the a** hole now?\" Kurt leaves with Anderson rithing in pain. Anderson whispers \"I\'ll show him who\'s the a** hole, I\'ll show him.\" Eventually he gets up to kick over some chairs and Reaction fades out.
