Welcome to WWE\'s Night of Champions! All the Title\'s within World Wrestling Entertainment are set to be on the line with the two main events as Kane versus The UnderTaker; No Holds Barred for the World Heavyweight Championship - and - the Six-Pack Challenge where Edge, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, Wade Barrett and John Cena will challenge Sheamus for the WWE Championship!

We join the sold-out All-State Arena in Chicago, Illinois as Michael Cole, Jerry \'The King\' Lawler and Matt Stiker introduce us to the only night of the year when All Title\'s must be on the line.

Ring announcer Tony Chimel introduces the Intercontinental Championship bout. If the Champion is Counted Out or Disqualified, then the Title will change hands. Vickie Guerrero comes out with her NXT Rookie Kaitlyn. She introduces her boyfriend Dolph Ziggler and the three of them make their way to the ring. Kofi Kingston comes out to an excellent reception as this one is set to kick off Night of Champions.

Dolph Ziggler (c) w/ Vickie Guerrero & Kaitlyn vs. Kofi Kingston

Intercontinental Title match

Special Count-out/DQ rules are in motion for this because of Vickie Guerrero\'s recent interruptions in Intercontinental Title matches. The commentary team discuss this and they talk about Dolph Ziggler\'s relationship with Vickie. We are reminded about Vickie\'s jealousy with Ziggler\'s interraction with NXT Rookie Kaitlyn this past week on the NXT show. The match goes on and Kofi\'s on top in the early stages. Dolph falls to ringside and the referee begins the Ten-count. Kaitlyn checks on Ziggler, but then we see Vickie come along and she sends Kaitlyn to the back. Now she can apparently focus on Ziggler retaining. Dolph gets in the ring to beat the Ten-count and the match goes back and forth with both competitors getting as series of near falls. Dolph\'s in control as he hits a Fame-Asser to take Kofi face-first into the canvas. One, Two - only Two and this one continues. Ziggler focusses on Kingston\'s head and neck and again gets a Two-count before administering a version of the Camel Clutch. Dolph doesn\'t sit on it very well though as Kofi fights out of it. Kingston batters Ziggler to the corner and then after an exchange he boots Ziggler with both shins after going through the ropes and then he nails a flying cross body off the top turnbuckle. One, Two - Ziggler kicks out. Kingston then spends time on top and he hits the \"Boop, Boop\" Boom Drop! Kinston claps his hands to get the crowd going for Trouble in Paradise, but then Ziggler reverses his advances and he goes for the Sleeper. Another exchange and the two battle to ringside where there\'s almost a double count-out. Back in the ring Ziggler gets a Sleeper on properly this time and he has Kingston right in the middle of the ring. Kingston struggles and cannot break free. Finally he powers Ziggler\'s arms away to break his grip and then lock in a Sleeper of his own, but Ziggler quickly gets out of it. Vickie Guerrero then almost gets involved, but Ziggler tells her \"No.\" Ziggler then avoids the Trouble in Paradise and hits a Zig-Zag!

Winner and Still Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler!

A great win for Ziggler, but he had to make sure there was not a DQ called. An excellent outing against his long-term nemesis Kofi Kingston. Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero celebrate as Kofi picks himself up.

Backstage we have Josh Matthews get a word with Edge about the Six-Pack challenge for the WWE Title tonight. Edge says that everyone\'s asking him how he plans to defeat five other guys, but what these people should be wondering is what people are going to do to try and beat Edge. He\'s a multiple-time Champion and tonight he\'ll win the WWE Title again.

Chicago\'s own CM Punk makes his way to the ring and he gets an amazing home-town reception. Punk gets on the mic and says that he Loves Chicago. He Loves the city of Chicago, but he hates the \"middle-class lazy teensters\" of Chicago. He insults Chicago\'s people and he refers to them as the scum of the earth. Punk says that these people have ruined the city that he Loves. Punk goes on to say that he\'s defiant, he\'s confident that he\'s going to defeat the Big Show. Tonight he\'s David and Big Show\'s Goliath, his sling-shot is the power of the almighty Straight-Edge!

CM Punk vs. Big Show

Big Show begins the contest very much on top as he thwarts away any challenge from Punk. He gets CM Punk into the corner to choke him with his boot. Show then says \"Shhh\" before he slaps Punk on the chest and the leader of the Straight-Edge Society is swatted over the top rope to ringside. There\'s an exchange as Show follows, but then Punk manages to deck Show by the bottom of the apron before getting in the ring and flip-sentonning himself over the top rope and down onto Big Show at ringside. The referee administers the Ten-count as Punk\'s back in the ring, but Show gets in at Nine-and-a-half. The fans still chant CM Punk\'s name and Punk continues his assault on the Big Show for some time, but then as he goes high risk to the top rope, Punk dives off to be tackled down with a Spear-like maneuvre. We see multiple replays and then back in the ring Show winds up his big right hand and then knocks out CM Punk. One! Two! Three!

Winner: Big Show!

Backstage we have Josh Matthews with Chris Jericho and he suggests that Jericho\'s lucky to be in the Six-Pack challenge here tonight. Jericho runs through his accolades and says that he\'ll eliminate everybody one by one tonight. He says that he guaruntees victory tonight and he\'ll walk out of Chicago as WWE Champion \"Because I am the best in the world at what I do.\"

We\'re shown a video package of the storied rivalry between The Miz and former NXT competitor Daniel Bryan. Michael Cole talks up The Miz and tells of how he believes that Miz is the future of the business. Daniel Bryan has in truth been around for a while and only now has he made it into the WWE. The United Championship is set to be on the line up next as Mr Money In The Bank The Miz takes on Daniel Bryan.

The Miz (c) w/ Alex Riley vs. Daniel Bryan

United States Title on the line

After an early exchange Bryan attempts an early Labell-lock, but can\'t get it on as Miz escapes to ringside. Miz converses with Alex Riley before getting in the ring and targeting Bryan\'s arm. He gets a Two-count as Cole and Striker argue the Miz/Bryan rivalry on commentary. Michael Cole gets heated over how over-rated Bryan is and Striker says that some say Miz has also punched above his weight to get where he is in WWE. Their confrontation continues as the match goes on and we see Alex Riley yank Bryan\'s arm while Miz distracts the referee. Miz then continues the onslaught of Bryan\'s arm and performs a nice shoulder breaker before covering for a Two. Miz again focusses his attacks on Bryan\'s arm, trying to separate the arm from the shoulder according to Matt Striker. Bryan fights back and then uses Miz\'s own momentum against him to guide him through the ropes to ringside. Bryan then suicide dives at Miz before getting him into the ring, nalling a missile-dropkick and covering for a Two. The fans cheer Bryan on as he smashes into Miz with a running leg lariat. One, Two - a Two-count and now both men get up to exchange punches in the centre of the ring. Bryan levels Miz with a running dropkick and then a Tajiri-like buzz-saw kick. One, Two - again Miz kicks out. Back in the corner Miz and Bryan exchange again and this time The Miz comes out on top, going from the second rope to clothesline Bryan down from his yam-bag hurting position on the top rope. Miz is now on top and he looks to pick his spot with the Skull-Crushing Finale. Bryan escapes Miz\'s advances and rolls Miz up. One, Two, kick out, but then a Labell-lock attempt. Miz gets out of it as Riley interferes but then Miz accidently hits his aprentice. Another roll up by Daniel Bryan who gets One, Two - and a kick-out. The match continues and Miz spends some time on top, but in the end Daniel Bryan puts on the Labell-lock. Miz can\'t make it to the ropes! Miz taps out!

Winner and New United States Champion: Daniel Bryan!

Chicago gives Daniel Bryan an amazing response as the commentary team go through replays. Michael Cole is bitter over Miz\'s loss, but there\'s no doubting that Daniel Bryan has joined a long list of legendary U.S. Title winners and tonight The Miz is left weeping by the ring apron. Congratulations Daniel Bryan.

Backstage John Cena joins Josh Matthews and Cena talks about the percentage values of what\'s going to happen in the Six-Pack challenge for the WWE Title tonight. Cena says that he doesn\'t believe in what may or may not happen, but you can never count him out.

Michelle McCool (wc) vs. Melina (dc)

Lumberjill match for Unification of the Women\'s and Diva\'s Championships

Many Diva\'s are present at ringside including Kelly Kelly and Maryse as part of the Lumberjill package. Michelle McCool interrupts Melina\'s entrance to try and get the upper hand. The ref seperates them and eventually the bell rings. Michelle McCool spends some time on top and she nails Melina to ringside. The Lumberjills though don\'t get involved. The commentary team talk about how Michelle McCool rigged the draw on SmackDown this past week to make certain she was to compete in this match rather than her Flawless partner Layla. McCool continues the match on top and she goes for the Faith Breaker, but Melina fights out and then drops McCool face-first to the canvas. They exchange, but then McCool is still on top. Michelle then gets involved in a squabble with Nattie Neidhart and then some Diva\'s bundle McCool at ringside. Melina gets on top in the ring, performing her primal scream and her Matrix move, but McCool still is one step ahead of Melina. They battle to the corner and then to ringside where the Diva\'s batter McCool. Melina gets back in the ring, only to be attacked by Layla. Mel gets rid of Layla eventually, but McCool then gets in and takes the assist from Layla to nail Melina with a big boot; One, Two, Three.

Winner and first ever Unified WWE Women\'s/Diva\'s Champion: Michelle McCool!

Layla and McCool celebrate as it seems that it didn\'t bother Layla much that McCool rigged the draw this past week. Melina is left saddened in the ring as Lay-Cool leave Flawless.

Todd Grisham gets a word with Wade Barrett and Barrett says that tonight he proves that the winds of change are indeed blowing. Tonight he becomes WWE Champion.

We see a video recap of the ups and downs between the Brother\'s of Destruction. We see how Kane entered the WWE wearring his mask. He went on to have many battles with his brother, battles that raged on after \'Taker once thought his brother died in a house-fire. These two went on to become one in the WWE, nobody could match them in the ring. Now though after years, Kane has the upper hand. He was revealed to have put The UnderTaker in a vegitative state and it seems that not only is \'Taker now weakened, but Kane has absorbed some - maybe all - of his brothers dark powers. Tonight it\'s No Holds Barred and the World Heavyweight Championship is on the line!

The UnderTaker vs. Kane (c)

No Holds Barred, World Heavyweight Title!

Upon Kane\'s entrance The UnderTaker runs up the ramp charge at his brother. He slams soup bowls into Kane and then ends up throwing Kane off the shallow stage into some of the show-pieces of the Night of Champions set. The match continues around the stage and then down the ramp. The fans boo as Kane gets on top and Cole, King and Striker dicuss the relationship of these two brothers. They talk about everything they\'ve both been through and wonder whether Kane is right, whether he\'s really stolen the power of the dark-side from his very own brother. The match continues toward the ring and Kane uses the steel stairs to his advantage before ramming \'Taker head-first into the ring-post. Kane steps toward the Championship Belt and he jabs it into the gut of The UnderTaker. Kane rolls his brother into the ring and he goes to the top rope to then nail UnderTaker with a patented flying clothesline. Kane is disecting his brother and he has this crowd silent as he rushes \'Taker with three impactful splashes into the corner. Kane continues his dominance and after getting a couple of Two-counts, he takes UnderTaker to ringside. He smashes \'Taker into the commentary table and then throws the top panel of it right at \'Taker\'s face. Kane then sets to Irish whip The UnderTaker into the ring-post, but \'Taker reverses and he then takes control. He soon levels his younger brother with a vintage leg drop to Kane right on the apron. The two then battle into and around the timekeeper\'s corner and we see \'Taker phenomenally leap over the barricade right into Kane. The fans applaud as it seems that The UnderTaker is well and truly back into it, but Kane then grabs a chair and he uses it to conquer The UnderTaker. The brothers then fight right into the crowd with both of them having spells on top. Kane then directs the contest, throwing \'Taker back to ringside and then perching himself atop the panel of the barrricade before leaping off and nailling The UnderTaker with a clothesline. Back in the ring kane continues the onslaught as he smiles toward his brother. He tells \'Taker to \"Give it up\" as he forces him into the corner. Kane jabs at him as if he were a punch-bag, but \'Taker then waves his arms as if to say \"Give me some more.\" Kane mercilessly beats down The UnderTaker and the referee checks on him. Kane then gives more to \'Taker, but then there\'s a fist fight. Both men throw haymaker\'s at one another in the middle of the ring and after an exchange The UnderTaker hits Kane with a flying lariat, the Snake Eyes and then a huge leg drop. \'Taker gets Two on the referee\'s count and then he gets up to take Kane up and down with a chokeslam! UnderTaker then sets up for the Tombstone, but the Devil\'s Favourite Demon reverses and Kane hits the Tombstone! He pulls \'Taker to the middle of the ring to hook the leg for a cover; One! Two! Three!

Winner and Still World Heavyweight Champion: KANE!

Kane leaves by making the arena go blood-red as the ring-posts explode with flames of glory. The power may have certainly shifted for sure now as Kane leaves having defeated his brother The UnderTaker at WWE\'s Night of Champions. After Kane exits the arena lights return to normal and we watch as The UnderTaker struggles to exit. This is a sight that we\'ve not seen, \'Taker stumbling and exiting so hurt. What now for the Dead-Man?

Todd Grisham is backstage with Randy Orton in his new t-shirt. Grisham asks for a word about tonight\'s WWE Title match. Orton says \"No.\"

The Hart Dynasty (c) vs. The Uso\'s vs. Santino & Kozlov vs. Mark Henry & Evan Bourne vs. Drew McIntyre & Cody Rhodes

Five-team format Tag Team Turmoil match for the WWE Tag Team Titles.

The contest begins with Tyson Kidd and DH Smith of the Hart Dynasty facing WWE newcomers Jimmy and Jey Uso. Natalya and Tamina are both at ringside and both play a part in this match up. In the end of the first round it\'s because of Tamina that the Uso\'s pick up a victory! We\'re guarunteed new WWE Tag Team Champions as the Uso\'s eliminate the Hart Dynasty. Santino and Kozlov come in and Santino\'s quickly on top, but as he goes to set up a Cobra he spends too much time eyeing his admirer Tamina and Santino\'s then dropped with a Samoan Drop for the Uso\'s to pick up another victory. Santino and Kozlov are eliminated! Mark Henry and Evan Bourne enter. Henry hits a World\'s Strongest Slam and Bourne nails the Air Bourne. The Uso\'s are eliminated! The final team of Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes enter as it\'s SmackDown versus RAW in the final leg of Tag Team Turmoil. McIntyre and Rhodes spend much of the early exchange dominating Evan Bourne. They exclude him from his corner and tag well to keep Bourne away from Mark Henry. Bourne manages to get out of a McIntyre suplex and then make the tag. McIntyre tags Cody Rhodes and Rhodes comes in to take a less than dashing attack from Mark Henry. Henry squashes Rhodes into the corner before tagging and setting up Bourne for an Air Bourne off Henry\'s own shoulders. McIntyre comes in to intercept as Henry and Bourne take too long and finally Rhodes grabs Evan Bourne to hit him with the Cross Rhodes and this one\'s over. One, Two, Three.

Winners and New WWE Tag Team Champions: Dashing Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre!

Rhodes and McIntyre celebrate as we see replays of how the match came to a close. We next cut to an Alberto Del-Rio promo before setting up for main event. We see a video montage of all six competitors that are to compete for the WWE Championship. This leads us to a Josh Matthews interview with Sheamus. Matthews says that Sheamus is at somewhat of a disadvantage tonight because of the Elimination rules of the contest. Sheamus says that he intends to win and he will leave Night of Champions still carrying the WWE Title.

Sheamus (c) vs. John Cena vs. Edge vs. Chris Jericho vs. Wade Barrett vs. Randy Orton

Six Pack challenge Elimination match for the WWE Title

Chicago is bouyant and collectively on it\'s feet as the WWE Title match gets underway. The strategy here is to avoid elimination at all costs. Avoid getting eliminated and you win. Jericho begins on fire as he tacticly takes Orton down for an early cover. Cena gets involved as Barrett and Edge fight to ringside. Wait though, out of nowhere RKO! Randy Orton RKO\'s Chris Jericho - One! Two! Three! - Jericho\'s out and the fans are chanting \'Y2J! Y2J! Y2J!\' but we\'re down to Five as the rest of the competitor\'s pause to watch Jericho exit. Nobody can believe that Jericho\'s been eliminated so quickly. The match goes on as we see Jericho exit on stage. The WWE\'s top guys single out Wade Barrett before Cena and Orton both clear the ring for a face off. Barrett intervenes, but then after another exchange involving all Five remaining superstars it\'s Orton and Cena again clearing the ring. They face off again and Orton attempts an RKO, but Cena reverses. They exchange and then after almost being suplexed to ringside, it\'s Sheamus who singles out John Cena in the ring while Orton, Edge and Wade Barrett are down at ringside. Sheamus confidently goes at Cena and he perches Cena on the top rope to set him up for a High Cross. Cena battles as best he can and he tosses Sheamus to the canvas. Edge knocks Cena off the top turnbuckle and eventually we have Edge and Sheamus working in tandem to double-suplex John Cena from the top turnbuckle. Edge covers Cena, but Cena kicks out after Two. Sheamus and Edge then team up to exit the ring and target Wade Barrett and then they single out Randy Orton. They work together to not only keep Orton down in the ring, but they take turns to exit and kick down both Wade Barrett and John Cena. After some time we have Orton scoop Edge up to slam him down, but Sheamus equalizes with the Celtic Hammer. Edge then turns his back on Sheamus, but he misses with a spear for Sheamus to take him down with the Irish Curse backbreaker. Edge then does manage to nail a spear, but there\'s no cover as Orton\'s in and he tries an RKO, but Edge gets out of it and he nails Orton with a spear, but then John Cena picks Edge up to drill him with the Attitude Adjustment! One! Two! Three! Edge is out! Wade Barrett comes in and he takes control of the match, but not for long as Cena hits his shoulder blocks and sets up the Five-knuckle Shuffle. Cena hits it, but then as he sets up an Attitude Adjustment Sheamus comes in and Cena avoids his advances for Shemaus to clash heads with Wade Barrett. Cena then gets Sheamus down for the STF and Sheamus is very close to tapping, but he eventually gets to the ropes. Nexus! Nexus are here, they storm down the ramp and Wade Barrett capitalises on the distraction as he hits Wasteland on John Cena. One! Two! Three! Cena\'s out and Wade Barrett then has Randy Orton in his sights. Barrett has Orton outnumbered in the middle of the ring as Nexus surround ringside. Orton\'s got no place to go, but then we see John Cena swing at Michael Tarver and David Otunga with a steel chair! Gabriel gets into the ring - RKO! Heath Slater comes in - RKO! Barrett grabs Orton, Wasteland attempt, but *BAM* RKO! and Orton covers Barrett for the elimination. Sheamus, Sheamus comes in behind Orton. The Viper turns around and Sheamus thwarts him down with the Brogue Kick! Instant cover from Sheamus. One! Two! \"What?!\" yelps King as Orton kicks out! Randy Orton kicks out and Sheamus can\'t believe it. The Celtic Warrior sets Orton up for the High Cross, but Orton slithers out and *BAM* RKO! This is over!

Winner and New WWE Champion: Randy Orton!

The WWE\'s apex predator celebrates in front of Chicago and in front of the world. He is now seven-time top of the ladder and WWE\'s next pay-per-view; Hell In A Cell is just two weeks away. Who will challenge this man? Randy Orton is the new WWE Champion as we say good night from Chicago.
