It is with great sadness that Wrestling-Radio.com has to report the tragic passing of Alexis Pillman, the stepdaughter of the late Brian Pillman. Alexis was involved in a car accident on Thanksgiving Day. She was 26 years old.

She had recently been working the independent scene as a valet under the name "Sexy" Lexi Pillman, appearing for Showtime All-Star Wrestling in Tennessee as a valet for Sean Casey. Alexis had also been working a number of other independent promotions. Casey himself has posted a memorial graphic of Alexis on his official MySpace page.

Along with Al Snow, Alexis also made an appearance at a 2008 TNA house show in my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio (which I attended). Alexis worked as a ring girl that night, and the crowd went wild when she was introduced and special mention was made of her stepfather's heritage (not only did Brian Pillman hail from Cincinnati, but he also played for the Cincinnati Bengals years before and was, obviously, a former WWE superstar).
