Shotzi Blackheart has officially joined TNA Wrestling, adding another familiar name to the Knockouts division.

TNA confirmed her signing on Monday after she appeared at last week’s television tapings in Dothan, Alabama. News of the deal was first reported by Busted Open on SiriusXM.

Blackheart arrives with experience across several major promotions. She began wrestling in 2014 and held the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship alongside Ember Moon during her WWE career. She also became MLW Women’s Champion before her contract with that company expired earlier this month.

MLW hopes to continue booking Blackheart for as long as her contractual arrangements allow.

To introduce its newest signing, TNA shared 10 facts about Blackheart, offering fans a glimpse at her interests and achievements outside the ring:

• She has been riding motorcycles since she was 18.

• She investigates the paranormal and has travelled across America hunting ghosts for her YouTube series, CHAMBER OF HORRORS.

• She majored in musical theatre at AMDA in Hollywood.

• She loves horror films and hopes to direct one of her own.

• PWI named her its 2025 Independent Wrestler of the Year and featured her on its cover.

• She is a huge Elvis Presley fan.

• She owns a chicken farm.

• She rode every ride across all four Walt Disney World theme parks in a single day.

• Speaking about her heritage, she said: “I’m proudly Filipino.”

• Recalling her wedding day, she revealed: “I got married and wrestled in my wedding dress all on the same day.”

Blackheart joins a division currently led by Knockouts World Champion Indi Hartwell. M By Elegance, also known as Maggie Lee, holds the Knockouts TV Championship, while Zoey Serrano and Shayna Baszler are the Knockouts Tag Team Champions.

The signing comes during a difficult time for Blackheart, whose real name is Ashley Urbanski. Following the death of her brother Dean, she withdrew from CMLL’s Women’s International Grand Prix, which takes place this Friday. Marina Shafir has replaced her on Team International.
