Oba Femi overcame interference from The Vision to defeat Bronson Reed at WWE Money in the Bank 2026 in New Orleans, continuing his winning run after beating Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.
Reed had plenty of help as the match reached its closing stages. The Vision became involved, with Maxxine Dupri passing him brass knuckles. Reed struck Femi twice with the weapon before connecting with a Tsunami.
Despite that onslaught, Femi kicked out. The commentary team described it as the first time anyone had kicked out of the move.
Femi fought back, stopped Reed’s next attack and knocked Theory off the apron. He then delivered the Fall From Grace to secure the pinfall victory.
Following the match, Paul Heyman was shown watching backstage and appeared pleased with the outcome.
The rivalry intensified when Reed returned at Sunday Night’s Main Event after missing much of the year through injury. Reed targeted Femi, with the rest of The Vision also joining the attack.
On the September 28 episode of Raw, Femi challenged Reed and presented him with a contract for Money in the Bank. Reed signed, making their showdown official.
