A newly released police incident report has provided further details about the circumstances surrounding PAC’s death, although his cause of death remains undetermined.

According to the report, covered by the New York Post, PAC, whose real name was Benjamin Satterley, was preparing to return home to the United Kingdom after competing at AEW All Out on September 26.

He was found unresponsive in a vehicle outside a CAVA restaurant near Chicago O’Hare International Airport the following day. His phone still had Google Maps open with directions to the airport.

Officers answered an incoming call from a woman who said PAC had planned to stop for lunch before his flight. She also explained that his flight had been delayed.

The incident report states:

“She last spoke to Benjamin on the phone around 1320 hours and he related he was going to CAVA for lunch. He had been traveling for his occupation as a professional wrestler for the past three weeks around the United States and had been in the Chicago-area since Thursday (09/24/2026) or Friday (09/25/2026). She related his flight had been delayed and Benjamin was scheduled on his flight back to the UK at approximately 1530 hours.”

Police reported finding nothing notable in his pockets or backpack. They also noted no obviously suspicious marks on his body or suspicious circumstances involving the vehicle.

The report recorded saliva on his shirt and medication inside the vehicle. The medication’s name was redacted, and the report does not establish whether either finding was connected to his death.

An initial autopsy has taken place, with additional testing needed before a cause of death can be determined. PAC had turned 40 in August.

Tributes have continued across the wrestling community. AEW dedicated a show to his memory in the United States, while Dragon Gate honoured him in Japan.

During AEW Dynamite, a statement from his parents and wife, Natalie, thanked AEW, Tony Khan and fans for their support during an incredibly difficult time.
