Backstage Producers Revealed For September 25 WWE SmackDown

The backstage producers behind WWE’s September 25 episode of SmackDown have reportedly been revealed, along with details of a change to a planned dark match.
The show took place at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, and was internally titled “Friday Night Fever,” according to Fightful Select.
CM Punk, Finn Bálor and GUNTHER headlined the broadcast in a Men’s Money in the Bank qualifying match. Elsewhere, Trick Williams defended the United States Championship against Baron Corbin inside a steel cage, while Charlotte Flair, Giulia and Lash Legend competed in a Women’s Money in the Bank qualifier.
The reported producer assignments were:
Chris Park, formerly known as Abyss, produced Trick Williams’ United States Championship Steel Cage Match against Baron Corbin.
TJ Wilson and Kenny Dykstra produced the Women’s Money in the Bank qualifier featuring Charlotte Flair, Lash Legend and Giulia.
Kenny Dykstra also handled the backstage segment featuring Giulia and Blake Monroe.
Jason Jordan and Shawn Daivari produced Tiffany Stratton, Chelsea Green and Paige’s six-woman tag team match against Fatal Influence’s Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid.
Michael Hayes and Bobby Roode produced the Men’s Money in the Bank qualifier featuring Finn Bálor, GUNTHER and CM Punk.
Jason Jordan produced the dark match featuring Danhausen, CM Punk and Oba Femi against The Vision.
Fightful Select also reported that Je’Von Evans remained listed for a dark match throughout Friday’s rundown but ultimately did not appear in it. Danhausen was brought in and promoted for the match instead, although the reason for the switch remains unclear.
