WWE highlights are heading to more social media feeds following a new deal with Bleacher Report.
According to Sports Business Journal, the agreement covers content from Raw, SmackDown and NXT, along with premium live events such as WrestleMania and Survivor Series.
Highlights will be shared across TNT Sports-backed platforms, including Bleacher Report, House of Highlights and B/R Wrestling. Bleacher Report will also have a ringside presence at selected WWE premium live events to capture additional content.
Sports Business Journal reported:
“Under terms of the deal, content will come from weekly series like “Raw,” “SmackDown,” and “NXT,” as well as WWE premium live events (WrestleMania, Survivor Series, etc.). Content will then be distributed across TNT Sports-backed social platforms like B/R, House of Highlights and B/R Wrestling, among others. B/R will have a ringside presence at select WWE PLEs to gather and disseminate such social and video content.”
The partnership begins with Money in the Bank on October 10, giving fans more places to catch highlights from the event.
WWE joins a list of Bleacher Report partners that includes the NFL, NCAA, MLB, NHL and NBA.
