AEW All Out kicked off Saturday night with the Tailgate Brawl pre-show, live from NOW Arena in Chicago, Illinois, before the main pay-per-view event got underway.

The Tailgate Brawl featured several matches and storyline developments, including Jack Perry taking on Katsuyori Shibata, the Sisters of Sin battling Queen Aminata and Mina Shirakawa, and an eight-man No Disqualification main event between the Bang Bang Gang and The Dogs & Death Riders.

Jack Perry Defeats Katsuyori Shibata

The Tailgate Brawl opened with "Jungle" Jack Perry vs. Katsuyori Shibata, as both competitors immediately engaged in a physical exchange.

Shibata controlled the early portion of the match, using a headscissors and a series of punishing chops before sending Perry to the floor. Perry eventually answered with an uppercut and drove Shibata head-first into the middle turnbuckle.

The action spilled to the apron and floor, where Shibata delivered a vertical suplex before sending Perry down again with another suplex.

Back inside the ring, both men battled on the top turnbuckle. Perry attempted a sunset flip powerbomb, but Shibata countered before Perry transitioned into the Snare Trap. Shibata reached the ropes to break the hold.

Perry later connected with a dropkick and double-underhook Tiger Bomb for a near fall. Shibata responded with a running chop and rear choke attempt before eventually locking in the submission.

Perry escaped the choke and quickly rolled Shibata into a tight cover, scoring the three-count.

Perry Calls Out Samoa Joe

Following the match, Perry called out Samoa Joe.

HOOK, Anthony Bowens and Action Andretti came to the ring before Joe's music hit. Perry and Joe came face-to-face, with Perry extending his hand.

Joe refused to shake it and turned away.

Perry grabbed Joe by the shoulder and demanded the handshake, but Joe responded with a headbutt that dropped Perry to the mat.

Sisters of Sin Defeat Queen Aminata & Mina Shirakawa

The next match featured Julia Hart and Skye Blue, collectively known as the Sisters of Sin, against Queen Aminata and Mina Shirakawa.

Mina and Hart started the match, with Mina catching Hart in a roll-up after Hart attempted a moonsault.

The match quickly developed into a back-and-forth contest, with Aminata overpowering Blue and Mina connecting with a tornillo and spin kick.

The Sisters of Sin gained control after Hart grabbed Mina's boot, allowing Blue to connect with a knee strike and DDT. Hart and Blue continued working over their opponents before both teams made tags.

Mina later hit a headscissors and top-rope shotgun dropkick, while Aminata followed with a diving double stomp.

The Sisters of Sin answered with stereo modified octopus submissions, but Mina and Aminata escaped and countered with simultaneous elevated reverse DDTs.

The match broke down late when Hart prevented Aminata from hitting Off With Her Head. Aminata instead caught Blue with a snap swinging neckbreaker.

Blue responded with a quick roll-up, followed by a backfist from Mina.

As Aminata attempted to make a tag, Hart pulled Mina off the apron. That distraction allowed Blue to hit Code Blue on Aminata for the three-count.

Bang Bang Gang Wins Eight-Man No Disqualification Battle

The Tailgate Brawl main event featured an eight-man No Disqualification match pitting the Bang Bang Gang against The Dogs & Death Riders.

The match immediately embraced the Tailgate Brawl theme, with footballs, shoulder pads, barbecue equipment, cornhole boards and a keg becoming weapons.

Both teams began in three-point stances before Colten Gunn caught a football and threw it at David Finlay.

The fight quickly spilled throughout the ringside area. Clark Connors put on shoulder pads and ran through opponents with a series of tackles before delivering a back body drop onto a cornhole board.

Connors later grabbed a barbecue and used it as a weapon against Ace Austin.

The chaos continued around the entrance ramp, where Austin grabbed the football, leapfrogged Connors and caught Wheeler Yuta with a back heel kick before spiking the ball. Austin followed with a Fosbury Flop onto the group at ringside.

Back in the ring, Austin Gunn hit Finlay with a facebuster and DDT before Jay White came off the top rope with a Swanton while holding the football.

Colten Gunn then introduced a keg into the match.

Finlay was surrounded by the Bang Bang Gang and took a barrage of strikes before being hit with a Fameasser onto the keg. Marina Shafir broke up the pin attempt at two.

The action continued to escalate, with Connors being thrown into the barbecue and Ace Austin hitting The Fold.

Daniel Garcia was then hit with the 3:10 to Yuma, while Yuta nearly caught Colten Gunn with a roll-up.

White ultimately stopped the comeback with the Blade Runner, scoring the decisive pinfall.

The Buy-In panel featuring Renee Paquette, Mick Foley, Jeff Jarrett and RJ City also wrapped up its coverage, with the focus now shifting to the main AEW All Out pay-per-view from NOW Arena in Chicago.

Andrade El Idolo Defeats PAC to Retain AEW National Championship

PAC immediately took control after the opening bell, dropping Andrade with a German suplex for a two-count.

The two exchanged hurricanranas before landing on their feet and taking each other down again. Andrade offered PAC a handshake, but PAC answered with a kick to the midsection.

Andrade responded with a shot to the face and a diving crossbody for another near fall. PAC answered with a series of elbows before attempting to build momentum off the ropes, only for Andrade to catch him with a dropkick.

PAC rolled to the floor, and Andrade attempted to follow him with a dive. PAC intercepted the champion with a kick to the midsection.

That gave PAC an opening to regain control, with Shafir also becoming involved from ringside. She delivered elbows to Andrade and raked his eyes while PAC returned to the ring.

PAC then used his knee to choke Andrade before Shafir attacked again from the outside. PAC sent Andrade crashing into the barricade, but the champion answered by sending PAC into the barricade himself.

Shafir attempted another interference spot, but Andrade finally had enough. The champion sent her over the barricade before turning his attention back to PAC.

Andrade unloaded with a series of chops before bringing PAC back into the ring. He climbed to the top rope, but PAC cut him off.

Andrade fought back with a back elbow and standing moonsault for a two-count.

The champion attempted the double knees in the corner, but PAC countered with an overhead throw that sent Andrade crashing into the turnbuckles.

Both men exchanged strikes as the pace increased, with Andrade eventually taking PAC down twice and beginning to build momentum.

Andrade attempted to remove his pants, but PAC tried to catch the champion off guard. Andrade recovered and connected with the Three Amigos before sending PAC to the floor.

Andrade finally removed his pants before hitting the ropes and launching himself over the top rope with a tornillo onto PAC at ringside.

The champion then stopped to take a selfie with a fan in the front row.

That proved to be a mistake.

Shafir approached from behind and placed the fan in a chokehold, distracting Andrade long enough for PAC to blindside him.

PAC brought Andrade back inside and climbed to the top rope. Rather than immediately attempt the Black Arrow, PAC connected with a 450 Splash, but Andrade kicked out at two.

PAC followed with a running kick in the corner before climbing the ropes again. This time, Andrade cut him off.

The champion climbed after PAC and hoisted him onto his shoulders, but PAC countered with a hurricanrana from the turnbuckles.

Andrade quickly recovered and connected with another Dia de los Muertos, but PAC rolled out of the champion's grasp and fell to the floor before Andrade could capitalize.

Andrade followed him outside, but PAC countered with a back body drop that sent the champion into the barricade.

Both men remained down as the referee began his count.

Andrade and PAC managed to return to the ring at the count of nine.

PAC immediately intercepted Andrade and set up for the Black Arrow, but Andrade managed to avoid the devastating maneuver.

Andrade attempted to answer with another Dia de los Muertos, but Shafir once again climbed onto the apron to distract the champion.

PAC capitalized, catching Andrade with a reverse hurricanrana before following with a lariat.

Instead of going for the cover, PAC turned Andrade over and locked in the Brutalizer.

Andrade refused to stay down.

The champion shifted his weight and rolled PAC onto his shoulders, catching him in a pinning combination long enough to score the three-count.

The stakes are significant, as the winning team will earn a future shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship.

Kyle Fletcher & Kevin Knight Defeat Darby Allin & Steven Borden

Darby Allin and Kyle Fletcher initially started the match, but Borden quickly tagged himself in, eager to get his hands on Fletcher.

Fletcher backed Borden into the ropes and forced a clean break before the two continued exchanging holds. Borden eventually gained the advantage, but a distraction from Kevin Knight allowed Fletcher to attack him from behind.

Allin went after Knight on the floor while Fletcher briefly exited the ring, returning before the referee reached a ten-count.

Borden responded by catching Fletcher with an arm drag and transitioning into an armbar. Fletcher escaped and tagged Knight into the match.

Borden applied a side headlock and absorbed a shoulder tackle before dropping Knight with a dropkick. He then tagged Allin back into the contest.

Knight caught Allin with a shot to the mouth before retreating to the floor. Allin chased him around ringside, but when Darby returned to the ring, Fletcher used the opportunity to blindside him.

The Don Callis Family then began systematically isolating Allin.

Darby attempted a springboard arm drag on Fletcher, but Knight tripped him while he was on the top rope, sending Allin crashing to the floor.

Fletcher moved the ring steps into position before Knight sent Allin toward them. Darby managed to stop himself, but when he attempted to leap from the steps with a senton, Fletcher caught him.

Borden exploded into the match, unloading on both Fletcher and Knight and briefly shifting the momentum in his team's favor.

The Don Callis Family eventually regained control and took Borden to the floor before driving him into the barricade.

Allin immediately came to his partner's aid, diving onto Fletcher.

Knight quickly recovered, took Darby down and brought him back inside the ring.

Knight then trapped Allin in the Tree of Woe and prepared for a Coast-to-Coast attack.

Borden intervened and pulled Darby out of harm's way.

Borden and Knight then climbed opposite turnbuckles, seemingly preparing to launch themselves at each other.

Both men took flight.

They collided in mid-air, with Borden catching Knight with a strike during the collision.

However, Borden landed awkwardly and remained down.

Medical personnel immediately entered the ring to check on him.

After evaluating Borden, officials ultimately made the decision to stop the match.

It was also announced that Persephone will team with Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. against Hyan and Thunder Rosa on the upcoming edition of AEW Dynamite.

Persephone Defeats Dani Luna to Retain TBS Championship

The match began with Persephone and Luna exchanging holds before transitioning into a series of strikes.

Persephone sent Luna into the ropes and attempted a shoulder tackle, but Luna stood her ground and refused to be moved.

The two locked up again, with Persephone taking Luna down and scoring an early near fall. The champion followed with a belly-to-belly suplex and fireman's carry for another two-count as she established control.

Luna eventually answered with a right hand that dropped Persephone, but the champion quickly fought back.

The challenger regained momentum moments later with a lariat and covered Persephone for a two-count before backing the champion into the corner.

Persephone reversed the position with a hammer throw. Luna blocked a monkey flip attempt and responded with a high boot.

That gave Persephone an opening.

The champion immediately followed with a tope of her own, then briefly checked on Baker before returning her focus to Luna.

The challenger attempted another release German suplex from the apron, but Baker grabbed Persephone's legs from the floor and prevented Luna from completing the maneuver.

Ciampa escaped and applied a side headlock, maintaining his grip even when Okada attempted to shove him away by grabbing the champion's hair.

The two eventually reached a stalemate before Okada offered his hand.

Instead, the champion flipped off Ciampa.

The gesture sparked an exchange of strikes. Okada attempted the Rainmaker, but Ciampa escaped and looked for a knee strike. Okada avoided the attack as well, rolling to the floor to create some separation.

Okada eventually returned to the ring, only for Ciampa to hit the ropes and connect with a knee strike that knocked the champion from the apron.

The champion then connected with a Rainmaker lariat.

Okada went for another Rainmaker, but Ciampa avoided it and attempted the running knee.

Okada stopped him with a dropkick before following with another bodyslam.

The champion once again positioned Ciampa for the Rainmaker.

This time, Okada connected.

Okada immediately covered Ciampa.

Following the match, Okada celebrated with his championship at ringside before making his way up the entrance ramp alongside Don Callis.

The broadcast then returned to the commentary desk, where Tony Schiavone provided an update on Steven Borden following the injury that brought his tag-team match to an early conclusion.

Schiavone reported that Borden was conscious and responsive following the incident.

AEW's medical team was still awaiting additional information from the doctor regarding Borden's condition.

Brawling Birds Retain Women's World Tag Team Championship

A video package aired to set the stage for the Chicago Street Fight before Divine Dominion made their entrance.

The Brawling Birds followed carrying weapons, but the challengers didn't wait for the opening bell.

Bayne and Kross immediately met the champions on the floor and the fight was underway.

Windsor and Kross paired off as Kross gained control and brought Windsor into the ring. Bayne did the same with Hayter.

Divine Dominion set up two chairs and attempted to drive the champions into them, but Hayter and Windsor countered with simultaneous drop toe holds that sent Bayne and Kross crashing into the chairs.

The champions continued their attack, sending Bayne out of the ring before turning their attention toward Kross.

Windsor hit the ropes, but Bayne intercepted her with a trashcan lid before returning to the ring and attacking Hayter.

A gold chair was soon introduced into the match, with Bayne driving it into Windsor's face in the corner.

Hayter attempted to suplex Kross from the apron, but Bayne caught Hayter with a boot that sent her crashing into Kross on the floor.

Kross then caught Hayter and powerbombed her through a table at ringside.

Divine Dominion remained in control as Hayter was left down following the devastating impact.

Kross held Windsor by the arms over the top rope while Bayne repeatedly struck the champion across the back with a kendo stick.

Hayter eventually recovered and broke up the attack with a crossbody.

The champion then took possession of the kendo stick and used it on both members of Divine Dominion.

Windsor joined her partner as the Brawling Birds used the weapon to deliver a side legsweep.

Bayne recovered and grabbed a barbed-wire chair, but Hayter countered by dropkicking the chair directly into Bayne's face.

Windsor then brought a trash can into the ring and placed it over Kross.

Hayter connected with a missile dropkick for a two-count.

All four women continued battling around the ring, trading strikes until everyone eventually went down.

The competitors slowly recovered and each took a seat in a chair before exchanging strikes while seated.

They eventually returned to their feet and continued fighting.

Divine Dominion regained control and planted both champions with hard slams, earning a pair of near falls.

Windsor was sent to the floor as the challengers focused their attention on Hayter in the corner.

Hayter fought back and connected with a German suplex to Bayne.

Windsor returned to the ring, allowing the champions to double-team Bayne.

However, Bayne fought back and delivered a German suplex that sent both members of the Brawling Birds crashing to the canvas.

Bayne then went to ringside and pulled a guardrail away from its position.

She brought the guardrail into the ring, where Kross propped it against the turnbuckles.

Bayne then positioned a chair on the opposite side.

Hayter fought back with repeated kendo stick strikes to Bayne's back before sending her out of the ring.

Kross attempted to suplex both champions simultaneously, but Hayter and Windsor countered and sent her crashing into the guardrail in the corner.

The Brawling Birds attempted to hit Two Birds One Stone, but Bayne returned in time to break up the maneuver.

Bayne then connected with a kick to Windsor, allowing Kross to make the cover.

Divine Dominion continued their assault and set up a pair of chairs before delivering Divine Intervention to Windsor onto the chairs.

Kross covered Windsor, but Hayter recovered and broke up the pin before the three-count.

The fight continued with all four women still battling for the championships.

Divine Dominion returned to ringside and uncovered a board wrapped in barbed wire.

The challengers brought it into the ring and propped it against one corner before positioning the barbed-wire chair on the opposite side.

Windsor was sent crashing into the barbed-wire chair, but Hayter managed to turn the momentum against Bayne.

Hayter hoisted Bayne onto her shoulders and delivered a Death Valley Driver that sent the challenger crashing through the barbed-wire board in the corner.

Kross then retrieved a pouch from ringside and emptied a pile of thumbtacks onto the canvas.

She attempted to scoop slam Windsor onto the thumbtacks, but Hayter returned with a chain wrapped around one hand and a bottle in the other.

Hayter smashed the bottle over Kross' head, leaving her stunned.

The champions immediately capitalized.

Hayter and Windsor connected with Two Birds One Stone, sending Kross crashing onto the pile of thumbtacks.

Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor survived a brutal Chicago Street Fight to retain the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship.

The match featured tables, chairs, kendo sticks, a guardrail, barbed wire and thumbtacks, with both teams willing to push the limits in their pursuit of the titles.

Blood & Guts and Steven Borden Update

The Brawling Birds celebrated their successful championship defense as AEW aired a video package promoting Blood & Guts on November 4.

As the ring crew began cleaning up the aftermath of the Chicago Street Fight, Tony Schiavone provided another update on Steven Borden.

Schiavone reported that Borden had arrived at a nearby hospital and remained conscious following the injury that ended his match earlier in the evening.

Borden was also said to be talking about the match while undergoing further medical evaluation.

AEW had not yet provided a specific diagnosis regarding Borden's condition.

Swerve Strickland & New Level Retain World Trios Championship

Bandido and Kofi opened the match with a fast-paced exchange.

Bandido took Kofi down with a shoulder tackle before the two traded offense. Bandido then pointed a finger gun at Kofi.

Kofi knocked his hand away and returned the gesture before Bandido regained control.

Kofi answered with a dropkick.

Bandido attempted a monkey flip, but Kofi landed on his feet. Kofi tried the same maneuver, with Bandido also landing safely on his feet.

The opening exchange ended in a stalemate, with both men shaking hands.

Brody King and Creed then entered the match.

King easily shoved Creed away twice during the initial lockup exchanges. Creed regrouped with his partners before attempting a shoulder tackle, but King remained standing and responded with a senton.

King sent Creed to the floor, where Hangman Page caught him with a running kick.

King then propped Creed against the barricade and connected with a running crossbody before bringing him back inside and tagging Page.

Page and Creed exchanged offense before Hangman took Creed down.

Creed managed to tag Kofi into the match.

At ringside, Swerve became frustrated after being inadvertently struck by Page and began arguing with Prince Nana.

Kofi continued working over Page until Swerve pulled Hangman out of the ring.

Bandido had made a tag moments earlier, but Page and Swerve immediately began brawling on the floor.

The referee was forced to leave the ring and separate the two rivals.

Once order was restored, Kofi caught Bandido with a dropkick and tagged Swerve into the match.

Strickland stomped away at Bandido until Creed tagged himself into the match and attempted to calm his partner down.

The champions continued isolating Bandido and eventually combined for a triple-team attack following another tag to Swerve.

Strickland covered Bandido, but the ROH World Champion kicked out at two.

Swerve continued working over Bandido while repeatedly focusing his attention on Page, who stood on the opposite apron.

Strickland taunted Hangman before turning back toward Bandido and applying a submission hold.

Bandido eventually escaped, but Swerve sent him toward the corner and continued taunting Page.

Hangman attempted to intervene, distracting the referee long enough for Bandido to send Swerve into the corner and make the tag to Brody King.

Creed also tagged in.

King immediately took Creed down before knocking Kofi away and crushing Creed with a cannonball in the corner.

King dragged Creed toward the center and covered him, but Swerve broke up the pin by kicking King's arm away.

Swerve then pulled Creed toward the champions' corner while King turned his attention toward Page.

Both teams made tags, finally bringing Swerve and Hangman into the ring as the legal competitors.

Page immediately charged Strickland and unloaded on him.

Kofi and Creed attempted to get involved, resulting in all six men battling inside the ring.

Eventually, the ring cleared and Swerve and Hangman were once again left alone.

Swerve avoided the Buckshot Lariat, but Page still managed to take him down.

Creed then pulled Strickland out of the ring to safety.

The challengers regained control as the action continued.

Creed was placed across Bandido's knees while King held him in position, allowing Page to drop a leg across him.

Kofi returned to the ring, but Page kept him away while continuing to focus on Swerve.

Strickland attempted the House Call, but Page stopped him in the corner.

Page and Bandido then positioned Swerve and Kofi on the turnbuckles before hitting simultaneous fallaway slams.

Page covered Swerve, but Creed broke up the pin.

Creed and King tagged back into the match and exchanged power moves.

Creed managed to lift King while, across the ring, Bandido simultaneously hoisted both Swerve and Kofi.

King escaped Creed's grasp and joined the pile.

Bandido then dropped all three champions to the canvas before attempting the 21 Plex on Swerve.

Kofi and Creed prevented the maneuver.

King grabbed the champions and sent all three crashing down with a German suplex.

Page sent Kofi and Swerve out of the ring while King planted Creed with a piledriver for a two-count.

King brought Creed toward the corner as Swerve continued fighting Bandido on the floor.

Kofi intercepted King on the turnbuckles, allowing Creed to deliver a powerbomb for another near fall.

The champions then combined for a triple-team sequence that ended with Swerve hitting a 450 splash.

King kicked out before three.

Swerve positioned himself for the House Call, but Page entered to stop him.

Kofi joined the fight, allowing the champions to briefly regain control.

King eventually caught Swerve with a lariat, giving Bandido the opportunity to tag back into the match.

Another six-man brawl broke out.

Page attempted a Buckshot Lariat aimed at Swerve, but Creed intercepted him and took the shot instead.

Bandido then caught Strickland with the X-Knee before setting him up for the 21 Plex.

Swerve escaped the maneuver and landed on his feet.

Strickland immediately caught Bandido with Big Pressure.

Swerve made the cover.

Three seconds later, the champions had retained their titles.

Swerve Strickland and New Level survived a chaotic six-man battle to retain the AEW World Trios Championship, with Swerve ultimately catching Bandido with Big Pressure to secure the victory.

The champions celebrated their successful defense before AEW transitioned into a video package for the next match.

Thekla will face Willow Nightingale in an AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator.

The winner will earn a championship opportunity against Mercedes Moné at AEW WrestleDream.

Thekla vs. Willow Nightingale

Swerve Strickland and New Level celebrated their successful title defense before AEW aired a video package for the next match. Thekla will face Willow Nightingale, with the winner earning a shot at Mercedes Moné at AEW WrestleDream.

Thekla and Willow Nightingale made their respective entrances before the bell sounded. The two traded offense from the start, with each gaining a brief advantage before the other quickly responded.

Willow attempted a powerbomb, but Thekla countered and the two exchanged a series of near falls. Nightingale eventually sent Thekla into the ropes and connected with a pounce before following with several right hands in the corner.

Willow brought Thekla back to the canvas and covered her for a two-count before connecting with a bodyslam. Nightingale took Thekla toward the corner, but Thekla fought back and knocked Willow from the turnbuckles to the floor.

Thekla followed Nightingale outside and sent her into the barricade before eventually bringing the action back into the ring. Willow sent Thekla toward the corner, but Thekla responded by targeting Nightingale's previously injured arm against the ropes.

Thekla continued attacking Willow's hand and fingers before stomping on the hand and connecting with a running boot. Willow attempted a right hand from the apron, but Thekla avoided it and delivered another kick directly to the injured hand.

Thekla returned to the ring, where Nightingale managed to take her down before sending her into the corner and following with a dropkick for two. Willow remained on the attack and transitioned from a cloverleaf into a powerbomb for another close near fall.

Thekla rolled to the floor looking to create some distance, but Nightingale followed with a cannonball that sent her down at ringside. Thekla recovered and climbed to the top rope, connecting with a cross-body that took Willow down on the floor.

Both women returned to their feet as the referee counted before Thekla attempted a standing Tarantula at ringside. Willow escaped by sending Thekla into the barricade, forcing the referee to restart his count as the two continued fighting outside.

The count reached nine before Willow and Thekla realized they were in danger of being counted out. Both women stopped fighting and managed to slide back into the ring just before the referee reached ten.

Back inside the ring, Willow took Thekla down for a two-count before bringing her back up and sending her into the corner. Willow placed Thekla on the turnbuckles, where the two exchanged strikes until Nightingale was knocked back to the canvas.

Thekla followed by coming off the turnbuckles with a double stomp directly onto Willow's injured hand. Thekla went into her spider pose and charged with a spear, but Nightingale managed to bridge out of the ensuing pin attempt before the three-count.

Thekla taunted Willow with another spider pose, but Nightingale responded by setting up for a lariat off the ropes. Julia Hart then ran to ringside and distracted the referee, allowing Skye Blue to attack Willow's injured hand with one of the STARDOM championships.

Blue then occupied the referee while Hart attempted to interfere, but Hart accidentally struck Thekla instead. Willow sent Hart out of the ring and covered Thekla, but the mistake was not enough to keep her down for the three-count.

Thekla recovered and immediately went back after Willow's injured hand, continuing to target it before delivering two more stomps. The damage was enough for Thekla to make the cover and secure the victory.

Mercedes Moné Confronts Thekla

Thekla's celebration was interrupted by AEW Women's World Champion Mercedes Moné, who appeared on the stage with her championship. Moné posed with the title while staring down her new challenger ahead of their title match at WrestleDream.

AEW then aired a video package promoting WrestleDream on October 17 before turning its attention toward the next championship match of the evening.

AEW World Tag Team Championship - Three-Way Ladder Match
Adam Copeland & Christian Cage (c) vs. FTR vs. The Young Bucks

A video package aired to hype the three-way Ladder Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship. Back at ringside, FTR made their entrance accompanied by Big Stoke before The Young Bucks headed to the ring.

The champions were out next, with Adam Copeland making his entrance first as the crowd reacted to the arrival of the defending AEW World Tag Team Champions.

The match immediately broke down into a six-man brawl, with Dax Harwood focusing his attack on Copeland. Cope narrowly avoided being hit with a ladder before getting back into the ring, where he and Cage combined to take down Matt Jackson.

The champions retrieved chairs from ringside, and Harwood attempted to intervene before being struck in the face with them. A near collision between Cope and Cage created an opening for The Young Bucks, who took control and attacked both the champions and FTR.

Cope and Cage recovered and sent FTR and Nick Jackson to the floor before dropping Matt onto the chairs. The champions attempted a Conchairto, but Matt escaped and Nick returned to take both men down before FTR tried to capitalize.

The champions quickly recovered and connected with dives that sent their opponents to the floor. They brought a ladder into the ring, but Nick stopped Cage and then prevented Copeland from climbing toward the championships before catching Cope with a dropkick.

FTR returned and battled The Young Bucks until the champions rejoined the fight and regained control. Cope and Cage positioned Matt and Nick in the corner and used the ladder against them, but FTR responded by sending both champions into the ladder.

The Bucks returned to the attack, but FTR initially took them down before Nick escaped to the corner and launched himself onto Copeland. Matt followed with a double bulldog on FTR before catching Cage with a monkey flip onto a ladder propped against the ropes.

Nick lifted the ladder as Matt climbed the turnbuckles, but Copeland returned to stop their attack and sent Nick to the floor. The champions took Matt out as well before Cope went to ringside and retrieved a taller ladder.

Cash Wheeler entered and pulled the ladder away before attempting to climb for the championships, but Copeland stopped him. Cope then positioned the taller ladder across the middle rope, creating a platform inside the ring.

Harwood returned and suplexed Copeland onto the ladder, sending both men crashing down. Cage and Wheeler followed with splashes onto their respective opponents before Cash recovered first and stood the ladder upright.

Wheeler began climbing before Cage followed from the opposite side, but The Young Bucks stopped both men. The Bucks moved the ladder into the corner and took out Wheeler before Nick connected with a Backstabber on Cage.

The Bucks attempted to reposition the ladder, but Wheeler intervened and was eventually sent from the apron through a table at ringside. On the opposite side, Copeland caught Matt with an Impaler onto another table, although the table did not break.

Cage battled Nick in the corner before delivering an avalanche Killswitch onto a ladder lying across the canvas. Copeland returned and directed Cage toward the ladder before grabbing a chair to keep FTR away as Christian began climbing.

Big Stoke entered the ring and caught Copeland with a low blow, forcing Cage to abandon his climb and go after him. Stoke stopped Cage before attempting to climb the ladder himself and reach the championships.

Copeland recovered and tipped over the ladder, sending Stoke over the top rope and through a table at ringside. Cope then started climbing, but FTR returned with chairs and stopped the champion before setting him up on the apron.

Harwood and Wheeler combined to deliver a stuffed piledriver to Copeland on the apron. The Young Bucks returned moments later, sending Wheeler to the floor before connecting with the TK Driver on Harwood.

The Bucks set up two tables at ringside, placing Harwood on one and Copeland on the other. Matt and Nick climbed a tall ladder on the floor before simultaneously coming off with a splash onto Harwood and an elbow drop onto Cope through the tables.

Cage eventually returned to his feet, but Wheeler launched himself through a ladder with a dive to take him down. Matt and Nick slowly recovered from their table dives, with Matt bleeding from the arm as another ladder was brought into the ring.

Harwood and Copeland returned with ladders of their own before Wheeler and Cage rejoined the action. Three ladders were eventually positioned in the middle of the ring as all six men began climbing toward the championships at the same time.

The six men exchanged strikes near the top of the ladders until Copeland delivered a spear that sent Nick crashing back to the canvas. FTR followed by connecting with the Shatter Machine on Cage, leaving the champions down.

FTR started climbing, but the champions recovered and stopped them before trapping Harwood's head between the ladder rungs. Cope and Cage then delivered a Conchairto to Harwood while Wheeler continued trying to reach the titles.

The champions intercepted Wheeler, but Cash tipped one ladder over and sent Copeland crashing to the floor. Cage remained on his ladder and continued fighting Wheeler until The Young Bucks returned and sent Cash down, with his leg catching the top rope on the way.

Matt and Nick then grabbed Cage and connected with the BTE Trigger, sending Christian down into the corner. The Young Bucks climbed the ladder and pulled the championships from above the ring to win the match and the titles.

It's main event time!

A video package airs promoting the return of Wardlow before commentary turned its attention to the World Championship main event. A video package recapped the issues between Will Ospreay and Jon Moxley leading into their championship match.

Moxley made his entrance first through the crowd before entering the ring for the main event. A live violin performance then began for the arrival of Ospreay, developing into an orchestral presentation as a video inspired by the Assassin's Creed video game series played on the screen ahead of the champion's entrance.

The crowd was firmly behind Ospreay as the bell sounded and the two locked up, with Moxley gaining the early advantage before the champion broke free. They exchanged hammerlocks and other holds until Ospreay looked for Deathground, forcing Moxley to reach the ropes for a break.

They locked up again as Ospreay attempted to knock Moxley down, but the challenger took him to the canvas before Ospreay countered and brought the exchange to a stalemate. A test of strength ended with Moxley chopping Ospreay into the corner.

Ospreay responded with a chop of his own and escaped Moxley's grasp before sending the challenger to the floor. The champion followed him outside with a springboard dive and continued the attack before bringing Moxley back into the ring.

The action moved to the corner and eventually onto the turnbuckles, where Moxley bit his way free from Ospreay before raking the champion's back. Mox then grabbed a front facelock and delivered a DDT that drove Ospreay's head into the turnbuckle.

Ospreay rolled to the floor as the referee began counting, but managed to return to the apron before reaching ten. Moxley immediately knocked him back down and followed outside, sending the champion into the ring steps before driving his face into them.

Moxley returned to the ring to break the count while Ospreay recovered at ringside before eventually making his way back inside. Mox immediately targeted the champion's head and face until the referee intervened and forced him to break the attack.

Moxley followed with a neckbreaker for a one-count before turning his attention to Ospreay's back and pulling him up by the hair. The challenger then attacked Ospreay's fingers and stomped on his hand before the champion fought back with forearm strikes.

Mox stopped the comeback and took Ospreay back to the canvas, targeting his hand before shifting his attack to the head and neck. Mox then dragged the champion toward the center of the ring and set him up for a delayed piledriver.

Moxley held Ospreay in position before dropping him on his head with the piledriver and making the cover for a two-count. Ospreay fought back to his feet, but Mox continued striking him before attempting a Gotch-style piledriver.

Ospreay blocked the attempt and responded with chops before Mox sent him toward the ropes. The champion attempted a corkscrew kick, but Mox caught him and transitioned directly into an STF to keep Ospreay grounded.

Ospreay worked his way partially back to his feet as Mox continued targeting the neck, eventually countering into a straightjacket-style hold. Mox escaped, but Ospreay hit the ropes and finally connected with the corkscrew kick.

Both men returned to their feet and Ospreay connected with a series of strikes before Mox sent him toward the corner. Ospreay answered with a dropkick for a two-count as the champion began building momentum.

Ospreay continued unloading with strikes before connecting with a Skytwister Press. The champion hooked the leg, but Moxley kicked out at two as the AEW World Championship main event continued.

Ospreay broke free as Moxley headed toward the corner and charged with a lariat, but the champion ducked it. Mox quickly recovered and caught Ospreay with a sleeper suplex before following with a Gotch-style piledriver for a close two-count.

Mox taunted Ospreay as the champion struggled back to his feet before dropping him again with a forearm. Ospreay continued fighting through more strikes, but Mox eventually connected with a lariat and headed to the corner looking to finish him off.

Mox charged and attempted a stomp, but Ospreay prevented himself from being driven into the canvas and fought back to his feet. The champion unloaded with strikes before connecting with a powerbomb for two and immediately transitioning into a Styles Clash for another near fall.

Ospreay kept the pressure on and hit the ropes before connecting with the Oscutter, but Moxley again kicked out at two. The champion headed to the corner and removed his elbow pad as he prepared to deliver the Hidden Blade.

Marina Shafir climbed onto the apron to distract Ospreay as the Death Riders made their way toward ringside, but members of United Empire arrived to intervene. Ospreay inadvertently knocked the referee to the floor while continuing his fight with Moxley inside the ring.

The Death Riders attacked United Empire at ringside as Ospreay took Mox down and made a cover, but there was no referee available to count the pin. Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta entered the fight before Francesco Akira and Mike Bailey engaged them.

Bailey sent Shafir to the floor, only for PAC to attack him with a briefcase. PAC entered the ring with the briefcase, but Andrade El Idolo pulled him back outside and connected with Dia de los Muertos before giving Ospreay the United Empire gesture.

Ospreay took advantage and connected with the Hidden Blade on Moxley before preparing to deliver another. Shafir intervened and struck Ospreay with the briefcase, then pulled the referee back into the ring as Mox made the cover.

The referee counted two before Ospreay kicked out to keep his championship reign alive. Shafir then entered the ring and attacked the referee as Moxley moved away, bringing more members of United Empire into the fight.

Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter came down and took out Shafir before joining the United Empire side of the ringside brawl. Yuta attempted to intervene, but was sent outside as Windsor and Hayter continued fighting with Yuta and Shafir.

Back inside the ring, Moxley drove Ospreay to the canvas and considered using the briefcase himself. Mox eventually picked it up and struck the champion before throwing it aside and making the cover as another referee rushed down to count the fall.

Ospreay managed to kick out again before Moxley delivered a Paradigm Shift, followed by another and then a Death Rider DDT. Mox covered the champion once more, but Ospreay again got his shoulder off the canvas before the three-count.

Mox immediately transitioned into a bulldog choke as Ospreay began to fade, but the champion kept his arm up when the referee checked on him. Ospreay eventually bit Moxley's arm to force his way out of the submission hold.

Ospreay capitalized on the opening by connecting with the Hidden Blade before following with the Storm Breaker. The champion wasn't finished and returned to the corner as Moxley struggled to get back to his feet.

Ospreay called for Mox to turn around and connected with one final Hidden Blade. The champion made the cover and picked up the three-count to successfully retain the AEW World Championship.

Ospreay slowly returned to his feet and was presented with the AEW World Championship, raising the title as he stared down Moxley. After a replay of the finish, Mox took the championship away from Ospreay.

Moxley then presented the title himself to Ospreay before leaving the ring. Mox and Shafir made their way out through the crowd as Ospreay's music played and the champion continued celebrating inside the ring.

Ospreay raised the AEW World Championship as the broadcast came to an end, bringing the 2026 AEW All Out pay-per-view from NOW Arena in Chicago, Illinois to a close. Thanks for joining us!
