AEW All Out kicked off Saturday night with the Tailgate Brawl pre-show, live from NOW Arena in Chicago, Illinois, before the main pay-per-view event got underway.

The Tailgate Brawl featured several matches and storyline developments, including Jack Perry taking on Katsuyori Shibata, the Sisters of Sin battling Queen Aminata and Mina Shirakawa, and an eight-man No Disqualification main event between the Bang Bang Gang and The Dogs & Death Riders.

Jack Perry Defeats Katsuyori Shibata

The Tailgate Brawl opened with "Jungle" Jack Perry vs. Katsuyori Shibata, as both competitors immediately engaged in a physical exchange.

Shibata controlled the early portion of the match, using a headscissors and a series of punishing chops before sending Perry to the floor. Perry eventually answered with an uppercut and drove Shibata head-first into the middle turnbuckle.

The action spilled to the apron and floor, where Shibata delivered a vertical suplex before sending Perry down again with another suplex.

Back inside the ring, both men battled on the top turnbuckle. Perry attempted a sunset flip powerbomb, but Shibata countered before Perry transitioned into the Snare Trap. Shibata reached the ropes to break the hold.

Perry later connected with a dropkick and double-underhook Tiger Bomb for a near fall. Shibata responded with a running chop and rear choke attempt before eventually locking in the submission.

Perry escaped the choke and quickly rolled Shibata into a tight cover, scoring the three-count.

Perry Calls Out Samoa Joe

Following the match, Perry called out Samoa Joe.

HOOK, Anthony Bowens and Action Andretti came to the ring before Joe's music hit. Perry and Joe came face-to-face, with Perry extending his hand.

Joe refused to shake it and turned away.

Perry grabbed Joe by the shoulder and demanded the handshake, but Joe responded with a headbutt that dropped Perry to the mat.

Sisters of Sin Defeat Queen Aminata & Mina Shirakawa

The next match featured Julia Hart and Skye Blue, collectively known as the Sisters of Sin, against Queen Aminata and Mina Shirakawa.

Mina and Hart started the match, with Mina catching Hart in a roll-up after Hart attempted a moonsault.

The match quickly developed into a back-and-forth contest, with Aminata overpowering Blue and Mina connecting with a tornillo and spin kick.

The Sisters of Sin gained control after Hart grabbed Mina's boot, allowing Blue to connect with a knee strike and DDT. Hart and Blue continued working over their opponents before both teams made tags.

Mina later hit a headscissors and top-rope shotgun dropkick, while Aminata followed with a diving double stomp.

The Sisters of Sin answered with stereo modified octopus submissions, but Mina and Aminata escaped and countered with simultaneous elevated reverse DDTs.

The match broke down late when Hart prevented Aminata from hitting Off With Her Head. Aminata instead caught Blue with a snap swinging neckbreaker.

Blue responded with a quick roll-up, followed by a backfist from Mina.

As Aminata attempted to make a tag, Hart pulled Mina off the apron. That distraction allowed Blue to hit Code Blue on Aminata for the three-count.

Bang Bang Gang Wins Eight-Man No Disqualification Battle

The Tailgate Brawl main event featured an eight-man No Disqualification match pitting the Bang Bang Gang against The Dogs & Death Riders.

The match immediately embraced the Tailgate Brawl theme, with footballs, shoulder pads, barbecue equipment, cornhole boards and a keg becoming weapons.

Both teams began in three-point stances before Colten Gunn caught a football and threw it at David Finlay.

The fight quickly spilled throughout the ringside area. Clark Connors put on shoulder pads and ran through opponents with a series of tackles before delivering a back body drop onto a cornhole board.

Connors later grabbed a barbecue and used it as a weapon against Ace Austin.

The chaos continued around the entrance ramp, where Austin grabbed the football, leapfrogged Connors and caught Wheeler Yuta with a back heel kick before spiking the ball. Austin followed with a Fosbury Flop onto the group at ringside.

Back in the ring, Austin Gunn hit Finlay with a facebuster and DDT before Jay White came off the top rope with a Swanton while holding the football.

Colten Gunn then introduced a keg into the match.

Finlay was surrounded by the Bang Bang Gang and took a barrage of strikes before being hit with a Fameasser onto the keg. Marina Shafir broke up the pin attempt at two.

The action continued to escalate, with Connors being thrown into the barbecue and Ace Austin hitting The Fold.

Daniel Garcia was then hit with the 3:10 to Yuma, while Yuta nearly caught Colten Gunn with a roll-up.

White ultimately stopped the comeback with the Blade Runner, scoring the decisive pinfall.

AEW All Out Pay-Per-View Begins

With the Bang Bang Gang's victory, the Tailgate Brawl officially came to an end.

The Buy-In panel featuring Renee Paquette, Mick Foley, Jeff Jarrett and RJ City also wrapped up its coverage, with the focus now shifting to the main AEW All Out pay-per-view from NOW Arena in Chicago.

Andrade El Idolo Defeats PAC to Retain AEW National Championship

PAC immediately took control after the opening bell, dropping Andrade with a German suplex for a two-count.

The two exchanged hurricanranas before landing on their feet and taking each other down again. Andrade offered PAC a handshake, but PAC answered with a kick to the midsection.

Andrade responded with a shot to the face and a diving crossbody for another near fall. PAC answered with a series of elbows before attempting to build momentum off the ropes, only for Andrade to catch him with a dropkick.

PAC rolled to the floor, and Andrade attempted to follow him with a dive. PAC intercepted the champion with a kick to the midsection.

That gave PAC an opening to regain control, with Shafir also becoming involved from ringside. She delivered elbows to Andrade and raked his eyes while PAC returned to the ring.

PAC then used his knee to choke Andrade before Shafir attacked again from the outside. PAC sent Andrade crashing into the barricade, but the champion answered by sending PAC into the barricade himself.

Shafir attempted another interference spot, but Andrade finally had enough. The champion sent her over the barricade before turning his attention back to PAC.

Andrade unloaded with a series of chops before bringing PAC back into the ring. He climbed to the top rope, but PAC cut him off.

Andrade fought back with a back elbow and standing moonsault for a two-count.

The champion attempted the double knees in the corner, but PAC countered with an overhead throw that sent Andrade crashing into the turnbuckles.

Both men exchanged strikes as the pace increased, with Andrade eventually taking PAC down twice and beginning to build momentum.

Andrade attempted to remove his pants, but PAC tried to catch the champion off guard. Andrade recovered and connected with the Three Amigos before sending PAC to the floor.

Andrade finally removed his pants before hitting the ropes and launching himself over the top rope with a tornillo onto PAC at ringside.

The champion then stopped to take a selfie with a fan in the front row.

That proved to be a mistake.

Shafir approached from behind and placed the fan in a chokehold, distracting Andrade long enough for PAC to blindside him.

PAC brought Andrade back inside and climbed to the top rope. Rather than immediately attempt the Black Arrow, PAC connected with a 450 Splash, but Andrade kicked out at two.

PAC followed with a running kick in the corner before climbing the ropes again. This time, Andrade cut him off.

The champion climbed after PAC and hoisted him onto his shoulders, but PAC countered with a hurricanrana from the turnbuckles.

Andrade quickly recovered and connected with another Dia de los Muertos, but PAC rolled out of the champion's grasp and fell to the floor before Andrade could capitalize.

Andrade followed him outside, but PAC countered with a back body drop that sent the champion into the barricade.

Both men remained down as the referee began his count.

Andrade and PAC managed to return to the ring at the count of nine.

PAC immediately intercepted Andrade and set up for the Black Arrow, but Andrade managed to avoid the devastating maneuver.

Andrade attempted to answer with another Dia de los Muertos, but Shafir once again climbed onto the apron to distract the champion.

PAC capitalized, catching Andrade with a reverse hurricanrana before following with a lariat.

Instead of going for the cover, PAC turned Andrade over and locked in the Brutalizer.

Andrade refused to stay down.

The champion shifted his weight and rolled PAC onto his shoulders, catching him in a pinning combination long enough to score the three-count.

Following Andrade's championship celebration, AEW transitioned into a video package promoting the next match.

Darby Allin and Steven Borden will team together against Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight of the Don Callis Family in an AEW Tag-Team Championship Eliminator.

The stakes are significant, as the winning team will earn a future shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
