Gisele Shaw has officially signed with the National Wrestling Alliance, adding another milestone to her run with the promotion.
NWA President William Patrick Corgan announced the former TNA Knockout’s signing during the September 12 broadcast of NWA Powerrr. Shaw already holds the NWA Women’s World Television Championship, having defeated Tiffany Nieves at the Crockett Cup in April.
The NWA shared the announcement on social media:
“The National Wrestling Alliance has signed ‘The Quintessential Diva’ Gisele Shaw! The incredible acquisition was announced by NWA President William Patrick Corgan during today’s NWA POWERRR broadcast on Comet and simulcast on CHARGE!”
“A world-traveled competitor, Shaw captured the NWA Women’s World TV title at The 2026 NWA Crockett Cup. She defeated now NWA World Women’s Champion @TiffanyNieves_, ending a record-setting reign by “La Princesa.””
Shaw first competed for the NWA in December, challenging Natalia Markova for the NWA World Women’s Championship at television tapings in Tampa. Her signing follows a successful few months that have already brought championship gold.
She also holds the MLP Women’s Canadian Championship after becoming its inaugural champion at Northern Rising in 2025.
Shaw is scheduled to defend that title against Priscilla Kelly on an upcoming episode of Mayhem. Whoever leaves with the championship will then face Nikki Storm at Northern Rising on October 3 at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto.
