Britt Baker has responded to Disco Inferno after he questioned the timing of a Rebel video package during AEW Dynamite’s “Rebel Heart” edition on September 9, 2026.

The former WCW wrestler, whose real name is Glenn Gilbertti, took to X to ask why the tribute episode waited until around 45 minutes into the broadcast to explain Rebel’s story.

“Maybe I am missing something, but what was the logic in playing that Rebel video package 45 minutes in to the show instead of at the beginning of AEW Dynamite?”

Baker offered a brief explanation, adding a smiling emoji to her reply.

“Cause she was in the waiting room at that time? Hope this clears your confusion 🥰.”

Another X user challenged Disco’s criticism, suggesting the timing mattered less than the purpose of the show.

“Aw man, it kinda breaks my heart to see you be this cynical. Does it really matter? It’s a tribute episode. And to think I just enjoyed watching your old WCW work, a couple of days ago. Come on man.”

Disco stood by his comments, arguing that viewers should have been given that context before Rebel’s appearances throughout the episode.

“I’m not the one being cynical. The whole show was devoted to Rebel and they threw the package explaining her story in after she did all her spots, and you people dont realize how ass backwards that is… and its like they threw the package in as an afterthought.”
