Ric Flair is taking legal action against digital talent agency FAM Networks, seeking at least $10 million over claims that the company misled him into signing an agreement and failed to deliver promised services.

The lawsuit, first reported by The Independent, alleges that the arrangement has already cost Flair at least $250,000 in revenue. Speaking to the outlet, the wrestling legend said he wants to “bury” the agency.

According to the complaint, Flair signed the agreement in December 2025 without having a lawyer review it. He alleges that FAM knew he did not have legal representation, despite the contract stating that it had been negotiated with counsel.

“What FAM did was simple: it waited until he needed help managing the digital legacy of everything he had built, presented him with a document he was not equipped to understand, told him he had lawyers when he did not, gave him fourteen minutes to read it, and walked away with a perpetual license to his identity,” the complaint alleges.

Flair claims the agency promised speaking engagements, appearances and collaborative projects, as well as content production that would generate passive income through his social media accounts. Instead, he alleges that FAM simply reposted existing material.

The complaint also claims that FAM failed to disclose an existing legal case involving ufologist Steven Greer. Flair says knowledge of that case would have stopped him from entering the agreement.

FAM describes itself as an agency that works with influencers and connects traditional and digital media. The company did not respond to The Independent’s request for comment.

Flair is asking the court to cancel the agreement, restore his control of his Facebook page and declare that FAM has no rights to his name, image or likeness. He also wants a “complete accounting of revenues generated in his name.”

His financial demands include at least $5 million for alleged breach of contract and at least $5 million for alleged fraudulent inducement. He is also seeking further damages over alleged violations of New York Civil Rights Law and interference with potential business opportunities, alongside the return of money allegedly gained at his expense, legal fees and court costs.

The dispute comes after Charlotte Flair recently discussed her father’s online activity during an appearance on Stephanie McMahon’s What’s Your Story? podcast. Charlotte half-jokingly described it as a daily battle, saying he sometimes argues with small accounts and struggles to recognise AI content.

Flair was also targeted last year by a scam that led him to believe he had been invited onto The Joe Rogan Experience. More recently, the 77-year-old issued a legal warning over wrestling robes he alleges have been stolen over the years.
