Bayley is reportedly expected to return to WWE Raw tonight, September 7, after being absent from television since July.

According to PWInsider, her comeback is planned for tonight’s show at Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama. The report follows weeks of speculation about her future, with recent indications pointing towards Bayley remaining with WWE.

Bayley last appeared on television at the July 18 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event, where she lost to Lyra Valkyria and was attacked after the match. She wrestled at a couple of live events shortly afterwards but has remained off WWE programming.

AEW was reportedly expected to show strong interest if Bayley became a free agent. However, WWE’s recent mentions of her on television have fuelled expectations that she will stay. PWInsider also reported last week that creative ideas had been pitched for her return to Raw.

There has been no official confirmation of a new contract or her appearance tonight.

Raw will also feature Liv Morgan defending the Women’s World Championship against Stephanie Vaquer in a WrestleMania 42 rematch. Money in the Bank qualifying matches will begin, alongside the fallout from Sunday Night’s Main Event.
