Tyler Breeze has made it clear he would be interested in taking his talents to AEW.

After clearing up confusion surrounding his WWE status, the former NXT star openly admitted that he would love the chance to join Tony Khan’s promotion.

The conversation began on September 1 when a fan on social media claimed Breeze was still under contract with WWE. Breeze quickly corrected the claim, confirming he is no longer tied to the company.

That prompted another fan to ask whether Prince Pretty could potentially become All Elite.

Breeze gave a very straightforward answer.

“Would love to be a part of AEW.”

For now, there is nothing to suggest Breeze is negotiating with AEW or that Tony Khan has made an offer. However, the 38-year-old has publicly thrown his name into the mix and confirmed there is no WWE contract preventing him from making the move.

Breeze was released by WWE in June 2021, but he continued to have links with the company through UpUpDownDown and his friendship with Austin Creed, formerly known as Xavier Woods.

He also spent time helping talent in NXT as a coach, which led to some confusion among fans over his contractual status.

Breeze has now put that speculation to rest.

Prince Pretty also remains active inside the ring, regularly appearing on the independent wrestling scene. Away from competing, he trains wrestlers alongside Shawn Spears at Flatbacks Wrestling School.

That connection could make an AEW move particularly interesting, with Spears already part of the company.

Breeze brings years of WWE experience, a recognisable name and a character that could potentially fit straight into AEW.
