WWE Has Big Plans for Bronson Reed When He Returns

WWE Has Big Plans for Bronson Reed When He Returns

Bronson Reed is reportedly closing in on his WWE return after spending more than six months on the sidelines through injury.

September could be the month that Reed finally makes his comeback to WWE programming, with recent developments suggesting preparations are now being made for his return.

Reed was spotted at WWE Headquarters towards the end of August, adding to speculation that his comeback was getting closer.

PWInsider has now reported that Reed is "100 percent" expected to return to the Monday Night Raw roster on a full-time basis during September.

The powerhouse has not competed since suffering a torn biceps on the February 23, 2026 episode of Raw. Reed underwent surgery to repair the injury just days later and has been working towards his return ever since.

His absence has left The Vision without one of its biggest threats.

Logan Paul has also been unable to compete after suffering a torn triceps in May, although he has continued appearing on WWE television during his recovery.

The Vision currently includes Bron Breakker, Austin Theory, Maxxine Dupri and manager Paul Heyman alongside Reed and Paul.

Breakker and Theory are currently carrying championship gold for the group as the reigning WWE World Tag Team Champions.

Breakker also has a major challenge ahead of him this weekend when he faces Oba Femi at WWE Sunday Night's Main Event.

While WWE has yet to confirm an exact date for Reed's return, there have been other signs that the company is getting ready to bring him back into the fold.

WrestleVotes reported on August 20 that Reed's name had resurfaced within WWE's merchandising department in a way that suggested preparations were being made for his television return.

Perhaps most interestingly, Reed is reportedly expected to receive a significant push when he comes back, with WWE planning to present him as a main-event level heel.

After more than six months away, the return of "Big" Bronson Reed could give The Vision a major boost and add another dangerous name to Raw's main-event picture.
