Jey Uso Spotted At WWE NXT Heatwave As He Backs Cousin Zilla Fatu

Jey Uso was in the building for WWE NXT Heatwave 2026, showing his support for cousin Zilla Fatu ahead of one of the biggest matches of Zilla's young WWE career.

Zilla headed into the Heatwave main event challenging for the NXT Championship in a Fatal 4-Way match. Champion Tony D'Angelo was tasked with defending his title against Zilla, Grayson Waller and Cruz Montana.

Before the championship showdown, WWE shared footage on social media showing Jey Uso walking backstage alongside Zilla.

The appearance immediately caught the attention of fans, particularly because of the family connection between the two stars and the continued speculation surrounding Zilla's long-term WWE future.

Jey and Zilla are cousins, and there have already been reports suggesting WWE sees significant potential in eventually bringing Zilla together with members of his famous wrestling family.

“Those within the company believe that pairing him with his cousins this early in his WWE run could set the stage for the long term.

“We are also told that his WWE Raw vignette was not only to advertise Heatwave, but it also served as a soft introduction of Zilla for those WWE audience members who may not be familiar with him.”

Jey's presence at Heatwave will therefore only add to the intrigue surrounding what WWE could have planned for Zilla.

Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso and Jacob Fatu are currently featured as The Bloodline on Monday Night Raw, potentially leaving the door open for Zilla to become involved with his family on the main roster in the future.

For now, however, Zilla's attention remains firmly on making his own name in NXT, with Jey there to support him on one of the biggest nights of his career.
