MVP was noticeably absent from AEW All In: London 2026 at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, despite The Hurt Syndicate competing during the Buy-In pre-show.
According to Fightful Select, MVP was unable to make the trip to the United Kingdom because of visa issues.
The report states that the explanation given for his absence was a change to the visa process for travelling to the UK. Those involved are reportedly working to resolve the situation so MVP can travel to the country for future AEW appearances.
While MVP was missing from ringside, his Hurt Syndicate partners Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin were still part of the Buy-In action.
Lashley and Benjamin joined forces with Boom & Doom, consisting of Big Boom AJ and QT Marshall, for an eight-man tag team match.
The four-man team faced Shane Taylor Promotions, represented by Shane Taylor, Lee Moriarty, Carlie Bravo and Capt. Shawn Dean, who were accompanied by Christyan XO and Trish Adora.
The Hurt Syndicate and Boom & Doom ultimately came away with the victory via pinfall, giving Lashley and Benjamin a successful outing at Wembley despite MVP being unable to attend.
It remains to be seen when MVP will next appear alongside The Hurt Syndicate, but the reported efforts to address his visa situation could help prevent the same issue affecting future AEW events in the United Kingdom.
