Tony Khan has set the bar sky-high for Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay at AEW All In 2026, boldly predicting their Wembley Stadium showdown will demonstrate why AEW has the best wrestling in the world.

Speaking with Jack Whitehall ahead of All In London, the AEW President broke down the story behind Omega and Ospreay's huge AEW World Championship clash.

There is plenty of history between them. Omega and Ospreay are friends, but Khan also views their rivalry as a battle between mentor and student.

More importantly, they are tied at one victory each.

Their first singles encounter came at Wrestle Kingdom inside the Tokyo Dome, before Ospreay levelled the score at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door in Toronto.

Now the deciding match comes at Wembley Stadium, with the biggest prize in AEW on the line.

“This matchup, as it stands right now, Omega versus Ospreay, represents so many things. It’s a mentor versus a student. It’s a battle of two friends. Also, it’s a rubber match because Kenny and Will have been through multiple great fights together on huge stages. They fought at the Tokyo Dome. They fought in Toronto at Forbidden Door. And now, to go to the biggest night in wrestling, AEW All In London at Wembley Stadium, it represents a lot.”
Khan also highlighted just how important Omega has been to AEW since the promotion launched.

Omega competed in the main event of AEW's first event, Double or Nothing, and has gone on to become AEW World Champion, World Tag Team Champion and World Trios Champion.

“It’s huge for Kenny Omega to get back to the top of the mountain of professional wrestling. Kenny is one of the founding fathers of AEW. He’s been there from the main event of the very first AEW show, Double or Nothing. From the first show we ever had, Kenny has been instrumental in the launch of AEW, and now he stands atop the promotion. He is, in many ways, the most accomplished star to be the World Champion. He’s been World Tag Team Champion and World Trios Champion.”
But Khan saved his biggest statement for the match itself.

He believes Omega versus Ospreay will showcase exactly why AEW's in-ring product stands above the competition.

“I’m excited because Kenny Omega versus Will Ospreay represents two of the greatest wrestlers in the world, and AEW is where the best wrestle. That matchup specifically, Kenny Omega versus Will Ospreay, I think will showcase why AEW has the very best wrestling in the world.”
That is some serious pressure to put on a World Championship match, but Omega and Ospreay have already shown what they can produce together.

This time the stakes are even higher.

It is Omega versus Ospreay III, the AEW World Championship is at stake, Wembley Stadium will be packed with Ospreay's home-country supporters, and Khan expects the two men to show the world exactly what AEW wrestling is all about.
