NXT TakeOver: San Jose To Air Without Major WWE PPV On Sunday

According to the WrestleVotes twitter account, NXT Takeover: San Jose is set to air without a major WWE branded PPV the next day. The report also states that the Takeover is slated for June 8th.

For those familiar with the brand are aware that typically whenever an NXT Takeover is scheduled it's usually before a major WWE show on that Sunday, so this is quite unusual.

NXT Takeover: San Jose is set for Saturday, June 8th at the SJSU event center.

NXT TakeOver: San Jose scheduled for Saturday June 8th. Same venue as NXT’s first major touring show, SJSU Event Center.

There is no WWE PPV the following night.
