WWE Makes Change To Universal Championship Match At Crown Jewel

On tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, it was announced that at the upcoming Crown Jewel event, the match for the WWE Universal Championship will now be changed to feature only Braun Strowman and Brock Lesnar going one-on-one for the now-vacant championship.

As previously reported, Roman Reigns announced at the beginning of the broadcast that he would be vacating the championship due to his leukemia returning, meaning that he would have to leave WWE while he received treatment to help fight it.
