According to John Pollock of PostWrestling.com, the Louisiana Boxing & Wrestling Commission does not allow blood or the use of the Piledriver maneuver in professional wrestling matches. These restrictions will also apply for WWE'sĀ WrestleMania 34Ā pay-per-view event on April 8th in the New Orleans Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
For the Piledriver restriction, it hasn't been clarified if this is limited to the traditional Piledriver, such as the one used by Jerry "The King" Lawler, or if it would also include other variations like Undertaker and Kane's Tombstone Piledriver.
I spoke with a member of the Louisiana Boxing & Wrestling Commission today and they confirmed that blood and piledrivers are prohibited on professional wrestling shows, regarding WrestleMania Week shows in and around New Orleans - will have info in news update @POSTwrestling
