As previously reported, WWE Hall of Famer "Nature Boy" Ric Flair underwent surgery earlier today after recently being hospitalized for what has been reported by multiple sources to be heart-related issues.
In an update, it is being reported that Flair is still "not out of the woods yet," the same comment of which was made on tonight's edition of Raw by announcer Michael Cole.
In terms of the operation that Flair underwent, his manager, Melinda Morris Zanoni, posted an update on her official Twitter page stating that the surgery was not heart-related and that, as stated in earlier reports, the surgery was successful, but that Flair had a long road to recovery. Zanoni also asked fans to keep Flair, his fiancee Wendy, and Flair's children in their prayers.
Below is Zanoni's Twitter post:

In regards to the surgery, while it hasn't yet been officially confirmed what type of surgery Flair underwent, fellow WWE Hall of Famer "Mean" Gene Okerlund stated on his official Twitter page that Flair underwent colon surgery:

However, again, it must be stressed that this has not been officially confirmed as of yet.
As has also been previously reported, Flair has been in an intensive care unit ever since his hospitalization this past Saturday morning and was recently placed in a medically-induced coma.
