Hulk Hogan's Attorney Says He Will Bury Gawker If They Are Behind Racist Transcript Leak

Hulk Hogan's attorney, David Houston told FOX411 that he has suspicions that Gawker.com where the ones behind the transcript of leaked racial comments made by Hogan which you can read by clicking here.

Gawker were behind the leak of Hogan's sex tape a couple of years ago, which is now transpires also contains audio of him talking about his daughters then black boyfriend, referring to him by the "n-word" several times.

“I have my suspicions, as you can imagine,” Hogan’s lawyer, David Houston told FOX411. “If I can find out it is Gawker who leaked the transcripts, we will bury them.”

Gawker President and General Counsel Heather Dietrick has denied that the site had anything to do with the leak.
