Backstage News On Global Force Wrestling Invading TNA

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, there are plans for an invasion angle to take place between Jeff Jarrett's Global Force Wrestling and TNA Wrestling.

The idea is that Jerrett will gain the trust of TNA President Dixie Carter and then turn heel on her leading to a full-blown invasion which is expected to take place shortly. GFW originally approached Ring of Honor about doing the angle but they turned them down so the idea was presented to TNA officials.

It's expected the angle will start with backstage segments which can be added to the already recorded Impact Wrestling events which will air over the next six weeks.

Jeff Jarrett will be speaking to Mike Tenay about his return to TNA and the two companies working together on tonight's Impact Wrestling broadcast.
