WWE Raw Results (5/25/15) Uniondale, New York

Raw opened with the annual Memorial Day video package with on-camera soundbytes from John Cena, Dolph Ziggler, Brie Bella, Roman Reigns, Alicia Fox, Booker T, Nikki Bella, Titus O'Neil, Dean Ambrose, Natalya, and Darren Young set to a Ronald Reagan Memorial Day speech from 1982.

Live inside the Nassau Memorial Coliseum, the crowd chanted "U-S-A" before Eden Stiles introduced the show from in the ring. Stiles asked the crowd to stand in honor of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. WWE did a ten-bell salute as the crowd stood silently out of respect for the troops.

Raw faded to the standard Raw intro package before full pyro and fireworks filled the Nassau Coliseum one last time. Michael Cole introduced the show before Triple H's music played. Out came Hunter and Stephanie McMahon to boos. They were all-smiles, though. WWE World champion Seth Rollins, J&J Security, and Kane followed out. Cole said The Authority has a big problem and his name is Dean Ambrose. Interesting piece of video with Rollins walking ahead of the group at such an angle where he completely blocked out Kane from being seen in the line-up of Authority members marching down to the ring. Intentionally or perhaps unknowingly, they played up the idea of Rollins wanting to block out Kane and force him to live in his shadow.

Once in the ring, Rollins waited out boos from the crowd. Rollins asked for a round of applause for Dean Ambrose. Then, claimed Dean acted like a common thief who extorted and manipulated his way into a WWE Title shot, heelishly ignoring his past actions. The crowd responded with a reminder for Rollins with a "You Sold Out" chant. They followed with a "We Want Ambrose" chant. Rollins said the thing about it is The Authority made their title decision last week under duress. And that's not how they operate because it's not what's best for business.

Rollins said Dean did not earn, and does not deserve a title shot. And, they could take that title shot away from Ambrose right now. Another piece of his truth is Hunter could fire Dean Ambrose right now. And Hunter considered it until he told him not to. Another loud "We Want Ambrose" chant from the crowd. Rollins said he is a benevolent human being, plus Ambrose isn't really a threat to him. He said Dean isn't at his level, he rode his coattails the whole time they were in The Shield, and it was no-brainer for Hunter to pick him over Dean for The Authority.

Hunter said that's true, then said they need something more concrete to set up the title match at Elimination Chamber on Sunday. He told Dean to come on down to the ring and sign this contract. After a pause, Dean's music played to bring out Ambrose on-stage. Ambrose paused for "Ambrose, Ambrose" chants, then talked about punching Seth in the face. The teeth flying out of his mouth. And then he sleeps like a baby. He said gets this weird feeling of happiness when he beats up Seth. And he wants the next time to be for the WWE World Title.

Ambrose addressed The Authority, saying there's a pretty good chance their baby boy gets replaced by The New Face of WWE as champion on Sunday. Dean said when that happens, he wants to make some changes around here. Like J&J Security going barefoot. Like Kane wearing a collar like the obedient lap dog that he is. As for Seth, he can drunk-dial Selena Gomez because he'll always be their little Justin Bieber. Seth told Dean to shut his mouth. "Justin Bieber" chant from the crowd.

Seth told the crowd to shut up, then presented an argument for why being called Bieber is actually a good thing, not an insult. He said they all wish they could be Justin Bieber, just like Dean wishes he could be Seth Rollins.

[Q2] Seth called Dean a cockroach who can survive, but never thrives. Seth said Dean wants to be him, and maybe that's a blessing in disguise. He told Dean to come down to the ring and sign this contract so they can finally put an end to this at Elimination Chamber on Sunday. Dean thought it over, then laid out the scenario in front of him. He said he might be crazy and stupid, so it might be worth the shot. Dean started to remove his jacket as The Authority prepared to rough up Dean.

Dean circled the ring as Hunter held the contract in the ring. Dean stood right in front of where Roman Reigns usually comes down, then on cue The Shield's music played to bring out Reigns through the crowd. Reigns bounced down to ringside through the crowd and stood next to Dean. They smacked fists, then Stephanie McMahon took the mic.

Steph said it's so cute how The Shield boys seem inseparable. She told Dean that he has until the end of the night to sign this contract. But until then, she's going to make a main event. How about Dean and Reigns face the team of Kane and Seth Rollins. But, the best part of it is that this main event happens right now. Triple H's music played as Dean bounced up and down prepared to team up with Reigns for a battle.
