-- A 13-year-old boy from Terrytown, LA was charged with murder his sister, after he claimed he performed wrestling moves on her. She had complained her stomach hurt, but they continued until the phone rang. The 13 year old ended up calling 911 when he realized his sister wasn't breathing. EMTs were unable to revive her.
Authorities interviewed the boy, who told them about various moves, including an elbow-drop on his sister. He admitted he knows that pro wrestling was "fake". According to FOX 8, the girl's autopsy revealed injuries sustained by severe blunt trauma, and multiple internal injuries, including broken ribs, liver lacerations, and internal bleeding.
The boy has been charged with second degree murder.
In response to the story, WWE issued the following statement:
"he death of Viloude Louis is a tragedy, and our condolences go out to her family.
WWE urges restraint in reporting this unfortunate incident as if it were the result of a WWE wrestling move. As in similar cases, criminal intent to harm and a lack of parental supervision have been the factors resulting in a tragic death.
Authorities have already charged the accused with second-degree murder and determined that this was not an accidental death due to a wrestling move."
