On the week of Monday, July 22nd, WWE will have a live episode of Monday Night Raw, then the next night they'll tape the following week's Raw which will air on July 29th.

That week's  episode of Friday Night SmackDown will be taped on that Wednesday night instead of Tuesday night, and then on Thursday the 25th they'll tape the following week's SmackDown as well.

It's being reported that the reason for this is because of their Australian tour which starts on July 26th.
