The Rock is believed to have committed to working next year's WWE WrestleMania 30 event. Rock is to finish his current deal in April as he is due to film in Hungary and Croatia for Brett Ratner's forthcoming comic adaptation of Hercules.

The script will be based on Steve Moore's 2008 graphic novel Hercules: The Thracian Wars. The comic is set in barbarian Thrace, and plays down many of the character's mythological traits to present a more human figure.
