TLC PPV Lowest Buy Rate of 2012
Posted By: Scott Wilson of WrestlingNewsSource.com on Feb 10, 2013Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that December's TLC PPV received 71,000 domestic buys and 99,000 international buys, which would make it the lowest number of buys for 2012 PPVs. One reason for this could be the absence of the WWE Title and CM Punk from the event's card. The general consenus however was that it was one of the year's better PPVs.
