WWE Sign NCAA All-American Wrestler

Posted by: Ben Kerin of WrestlingNewsSource.com on Jan 17 2013

WWE has signed Clayton Jack, an NCAA All-American wrestler from Oregon State University to a three year developmental deal. Jack was originally offered a WWE deal after attending a tryout in Tampa but turned it down to complete his education.

Now that he is done, he is accepting the standing offer. He was found by WWE Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco when Brisco scouted the University last year.

"I am just really excited for the opportunity to work with the WWE," Jack said. "As far as goals go, I just want to learn as much as possible. Hopefully if I do well in the three years, maybe I can get an NXT title or move up to the WWE."
