This morning, Jim Ross posted a blog entry saying he was on a plane to Orlando for the first day of his work with the new Talent Development Program at Full Sail University.  While Ross himself does not yet know what this specific role is, he is "...excited to devote my time and energies to helping develop the yong stars of tomorrow."
