He will not be cleared to return to the ring for 3-4 months following the surgery to repair the injury. With the new timetable for his return, he will definitely not make Wrestlemania 28.

There were plans to have Barrett win a Money in the Bank match at Wrestlemania, but due to the injury that match has been scrapped
