Zack Ryder Involved In YouTube Flame War

The Internet Champion and United States Champion Zack Ryder may not have anyone challenging him for the US Title, but he may end up having a bit of a feud with a YouTube viewer. The confrontation started when a YouTube user named OriginalArgent009 began attacking Ryder verbally in the comments section of Z! True Long Island Story Episode #47 for having ads played before his videos.

In his initial statement, he claims: “Unskippable pre-roll ads are total fail, especially when they're on videos from people who make a buttload of money from being on TV every week, yeesh! Do you really need the extra money that badly? Treat your fans properly Zack, don't put ads on your YT videos like a total tool.”

Normally, this would trigger a flame war in which YouTube users would deride OriginalArgent009 for his temerity in proclaiming Zack Ryder as a greedy person, but in this particular video, Zack Ryder himself decided to strike back at the user in question.

In regards to the ad snafu he was called out on, he replies: “Hey moron. I have nothing to do with these ads. WWE does. Thanks for the feedback. #ignorance”

OriginalArgent continued his written assault on Ryder, following with this: “Then why doesn't the channel have WWE in the title, I thought this was YOUR channel and YOUR show. So it's just another WWE production, yawn.”

Despite a small group of fans that stated to Ryder that they dislike his attakcs on a lone YouTube user, Ryder continued, and responded back with this statement: “As I said...you are ignorant...you are wrong...and you are not my Broski.”

This particular response led to OriginalArgent009 make this bold statement: “You're right, I ain't yer "Broski", I'm also a much better wrestler than you, I actually worked hard to earn my first title match in ECW and busted my ass in the business, I didn't do some goofy Jersey Shore rip-off and act like a tool and make up a pretend Internet championship. I wish I was still wrestling, I'd love to face you for your fake title and put the video on YouTube and punk you out.”

This will obviously not mean an immediate challenge has been set for Ryder's Internet Championship. But the hatred towards Ryder is still present, as he stated to a YouTube user: "If I ever had to work a gimmick like that to make a living I'd eat a bullet first, he's this generation's Golddust, or to go back further, Doink the clown. WWE always needs their joke characters and like I said, Hornswoggle was getting boring. #areyougayerthanabagodicksbro

You'd have a hatred for the circus that is WWE if it put the company you worked for out of business too. I feel sorry for Zack, that's the truth of it. Here's a guy with some talent who's going to go to waste as a comedy act in Vince's carnival show. You'll probably never see him be much more than this Jersey Shore clown act, when the fad wears off he'll get released and maybe get repackaged by Vince Russo for TNA."
